30 December I purchased some items and one of the items was double cream yogurt. I realised the next day I did not need but the store at Sandridge Square refused to take it back stating that they do not accept perishables. I informed them that no where in the store does it reflect this policy. But to no avail I left with the item only to be disappointed that the double cream was just a sloppy soup. I emailed their customer service 05/01/2022 and got no response Really disappointed with Pick ‘n Pay
I am with VodacoM Fibre for 6 months now and have been countless interrupted service. Last week my line went down 4am on Wednesday 30 June. I logged a Service Report and waited. I caleld them again late that day and got no positive response. I had been calling them every day twice a day until Monday 06 July I decided to go to Vodaworld and explain my situation. I was supposed to be working from home but could not do so due to no internet. This was very frustrating. At Vodaworld I spoke to a consultant who spoke to somebody else. I was there almost 45 minutes when I was told the matter was sent to a manager and i should receive feedback soon. Half past 4 on Monday I received a call from Lerato telling me that there will be a Technician coming through on Tuesday 07 July. The Technician arrived at 2 pm and I was told it was a configuration problem and had to be reconfigured from Vodacom. 14.45pm the fibre was back. Only it did not last long. 8.50pm it was off again and when I called I was told it was a general problem in Midrand. 10 hours later and still nothing. This is very disappointing. I am at my wits end with Vodacom.
In December I was looking at getting Fibre. I contacted Afrihost and after filling in all my details I was asked for my Bank details for them to verify my account for the debit order. As part of the agreement I was to pay R399 for a router to be delivered. My account was debited for the R399 and Afrihost then realized that they cannot provide the Fiber because my address is not covered even though when I put in the address it states it is covered. I did not receive the router because when I cancelled the order it was returned back to their warehouse. After contacting them every month since December I am still waiting for me refund. THis kind of service is really bad
My fibre was down last week and I called Vodacom.I was assisted by a very friendly lady who made the experience seem effortless. Well done Vodacom
I order a sliding security Gate and Burglar guards from this company. On the day of the installation the Installers knocked down the Exit Gooseneck at the complex. Pictures were taken and submitted to Sequre Trellis. When the installers were asked if we needed to remove the curtains they said it was not necessary as they will move it when required. After the Installation it was found that they damaged one of the curtains. A Drill bit was left stuck in it and two large holes which looked liked it was burnt. I submitted pictures as well. Subsequently the Installers denied any wrong doing and the company refused to pay fo any of the damages. This company Installed gates in my previous house and I have been singing their praise since but not anymore. The Installers blatantly lied about everything.
I have LTE with Telkom mobile and I find that the data is just disappearing. When I called to query Telkom do not have answers to my questions. It is so frustrating to have to pay a fortune for data and it is finished in 2 weeks

Mike Jennings came out to my property 28/07/2015 and did an evaluation/survey of work that needed to be done. I received a quote 29/07/2015 and responded to his Quote notifying that the prices looked good and that I would confirm at a later date. 18/8/2015 I phoned and left a message on his cell phone notifying him that I accepted the quote and how he wanted to proceed. He emailed me his bank details requesting 50% upfront. Payment was done 18/08/2015 and proof emailed to Mike. Work commenced 22/07/15. This took 2 days and was not happy as it was not completed properly. He sent his guys out again to finish the painting. He then queried the balance of payment and I asked him about the black strip that was not removed. He said he left it but will monitor once the first rains start. I paid the balance 28/8/15 and sent him proof. I called him 08/10/2015 after the rain flooded my garage again. He said he will come out when it is raining again to see exactly where the leak was coming from. After some heavy rains I tried to call MIke, 17/11/2015. eventually spoke to him and he said I must approach my neighbours to have the problem fixed from the outside. Stopped responding to my emails.
