I am writing this message with so much anger and disappointment , I took out a small contract last year for my daughter which was supposed to be less than 250 every month and I was not informed about any open line nothing what so ever , the first two months the bill was normal and came December I got a bill shock of 800 as if am paying for an iPhone , I ignored the bill thinking maybe this is due to the last invoice of the WiFi which I previously cancelled , to my surprise this happened again in Jan and that when I called MTN I was informed of the open line which I was not informed about when I took out the contract I got so mad and requested for the open line to be closed with immediate effect and that was done I also removed the sim from my daughters phone and boom the same thing happens this month another bill shock, I logged an SR and the response was the SR was closed with no comment and I should go where I took the contract???? Like really what’s that am I not escalating to MTN I then called directly spoke with a very so called service consultant who refused to give me her surname but gave me her name which is SESANI, that agent is extremely rude and guess what she hung up on me just because I requested to speak with the supervisor after holding for 20 minutes she hung and didn’t bother to call back, MTN I want my extra 500 which was debited monthly in my bank as that’s not what I agreed upon too if the open line was generated by your partners you’ll will deal with them but I want my money from you’ll My ID number is 9011040225086 Get the matter resolved and am demanding an apology from the agent who rudely disconnected my call
I had an MTN WiFi which I kept till it was on a month to month and decided to cancel it end of October 2025 and to my surprise I was still debited in November and December and I didn’t think much of it and to my surprise they debited again now in Jan am trying to call them and their IVR is ridiculous one can’t get through to a consultant I need explanation as to why am I still debited whereas I cancelled in October already , answer me now before I go to the store and cause the most unseen scene , my ID number is 9011040225086
I am writing to urgently follow up on a missing credit of R423 that was previously available on my Pick n Pay ASAP app. After changing phones and reinstalling the app, I noticed that the new version was significantly upgraded and my credit was no longer visible. Despite numerous calls and being repeatedly assured that the issue would be resolved within 48 working hours, it has now been over three months with no resolution. I kindly request that this matter be escalated and resolved as soon as possible. Please confirm the status of my credit and advise on the next steps.
I’ve a contract with MTN till it’s term date and still kept it on a month to month however due to the fact that it’s discount has ended as contract ended the monthly instalment is drastically high therefore I called the retentions department to cancel the contract I was told I need to return my router to the store which that on its own didn’t make sense at all I then decided to call again and the next consultant by the name of Nosiphiwo advised I should rather cancel in November and stated her so called valid reasons which didn’t make any sense to me therefore I advised her I want to get it cancelled now she said I should hold them resumed call and advised she unfortunately can’t cancel there’s an error and that was really strange she even went as far as putting the team leader on the line forgot his name but starts with the letter R he advised the matter should be resolved by the next day and the contract will be cancelled and they will call me till to date no1 called and I guess the contract is still very much active like funny part is I even asked the consultant to rather give me a cheaper option she said she can’t and explained a whole lot of stories which sounded really funny as how do they even call the department a retentions team but can’t retain a client so all o wanted was to get the contract cancelled and I still do with immediate effect

Got a call this morning that I won a free voucher with them but when u called back to verify and get clarity the receptionist was very rude didn’t even give me a chance to ask questions she just said just come like really in this day and age where there’s a whole lot of *****sters right now am scared of risking my life and going there
I have a home WiFi with MTN which I took 2 years ago on a contract and ever since I have never missed a payment , the WiFi is or supposedly unlimited data however today I got the most shocking information from the so called MTN champions and also connected to the supervisor that I have exhausted my data usage whereas there’s absolutely nothing different I did in terms of using the WiFi , normally it’s connected to three cellphones plus the tv and that’s how it has been all along and today am being told that my data is exhausted like really ????? Am thinking to myself is this a method of getting me to upgrade within a blink of an eye not that I was planing to cancel it but after this experience with my WiFi not fully operational am definitely sure that I’ll be cancelling it as the contract term date is next month , they need to make sure that my device works perfectly as I have stated there was nothing different or different activities I have never ever heard of data being exhausted ever since I’ve had this WiFi
I am writing this mail very disgusted with the service I got from HYUNDAI BOKSBURG,I bought my car last year in September and I must say my sales agent was the best and I don’t regret buying my car as am in love with it, however the upper part of the gear keeps on falling and I had spoken with my dealer who fairly escalated to the boss who advised I can bring the car and it shall be fixed, I took it to the dealer and after 6 hours I got a call from the lady by the name of Kgomotso telling me my warranty is not going to cover the fault as I broke the gear ,I was so shocked and really disturbed as to is this what you get after you buy a car from HYUNDAI?????? I asked how one can break the upper part of the gear as it has no scratched whatsoever and from the first place why did they agree to fix it???as I showed the dealer pics and a video and they managed to book the car, I am very upset and strongly believe what’s being done to me is totally unfair and strongly believe that they need to fix my car for free ,I am not going to pay a single cent, that car is still very much under warranty. I am writing this letter begging that this matter must be looked into and passively resolved .
i am very disgusted and annoyed the service ive been getting from mtn is purely disgusting,my home wifi has not been operating fr the pas 24hours and ive called your so called service champions and all they keep on saying is the wifi is fine nothing wrong and to top it up the last agent advised i should call technical support as they close at 10 pm whereas she **** to me that department closes at 5 ,was this a way of her trying to prevent me from calling as it was about to be five, am not owing you all my debits are always successful give me one big reason why my wifi is not working, I am working from home and i need to get my work done.
need assistance with cancelling my mtn contract and i must say wow it has been a hustle ,i have clearly stated that am unemployed but noooo the agents are insisting i take a lower package ,i am not interested all i want is to cancel the contract, I spoke with 4 agents already who seems great at disconnecting calls just because i don't want to upgrade and the last one was really funny,i was advised my account is in arrears and i know very well my account is up to date and if am in in arrears why is the account still active and i hvnt received a communication with regards to the arrears ampount,i was then transferred to collections where i was told my account is not supposed to go to them it should be with customer care like really ,i am so upset and furious at mtn after all these years one is being forced to keep a contract which ne cant afford,PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT
