Took a contract at Telkom on 5 December 2025 and I was supposed to receive a Samsung voucher and have not received it till date from Samsung. Telkom agent sent 2 emails to Samsung and I still have not received it.
I have purchased something online and received it. Ever since my limit to spend has been showing 0 but I do have credit available. I've called in over 15 times and even emailed and the issue hasn't been resolved. No one can sort it out and they have just been pushing me back and forth. I've wasted time and money on this and it still hasn't been resolved!
No stock of stuff advertised. I've been to 3 branches to which I've been told they havent received stock of school stuff and school opens on Wednesday. Why advertise stuff if we can't purchase it!!!

I would just like to state that baking is my passion and I've always ever used the moirs brand until last week when I purchased a moirs vanilla essence and everything I added it to turned extremely bitter and not edible. As a result I wasted a lot of money on the ingredients that I used to bake. It is disappointing to know that a brand that I have trusted and used forever had to spoil all of my baking. It was so awful that I cannot even explain. It just tasted horrible. its sad that I had to experience this....</p> <p>Ps. Hi, i have been to your Phoenix Plaza branch today and I must say I am rather dissatisfied and disappointed with the service received. Actually there was no one to even assist me, regardless of me asking for help. You guys have an ad on tv for kids boots, 2 for R149, i went in store and looked around but was not able to find it so I proceeded to ask a lady for help and she asked me to go to the footware department and she will be there now but she never came. I then asked another guy for help who then tells me that they are "Sold Out" but I had the exact boots that wer advertised on tv in my hands, i was so Pissed off that I just walked away. As I walked out I saw the same lady that I asked for help standing near the entrance who didn't even have the decency to apologise for not assisting me. Pathetic service. What happen to customer service??
I was referred by my GP to be hospitalised urgently due to severe pain and not being able to walk.It has been 3 days and Medihelp are still investigating the matter despite my GP advising them of this being an emergency case,whereby I am unfit to work and none of the treatment and medication previously prescribed aided.It is abundantly clear that this company's aim is not to provide aid to paying customers in their time of need but rather,to have customers pay for services they will never benefit from.This delay is leading to an escalation in the severity of my illness and the pain levels are just not manageable.Upon threatening to contact the Ombudsman today,we were promised a call with feedback by close of business and that never happened.It is truly disappointing that there is no care or concern for customers within this industry.
I was at the Edgars workshop branch in Durban t purchase a tablet and the guy told me that the camera was 5 mega pixel only to come home and find out that it's a 2 mega pixel. I mean we pay for our stuff so why should we be lied to and left dissapointed. I only purchased it coz I knew it had a god camera. These guys are there to help us and tell us about phones and not to lie to us. It was advertised on tv for the 5 mega pixel and when I enquired he said it was the same one and again when telling me about the features he said the same, the rear camera is 5 mega pixel. Very angry and dissapointed an the moment.
