Hello. I am very disappointed to have to write this review however this morning I had the most uncomfortable and belittling telephone conversation with the lady at reservations. Due to the recent unrests in South Africa I was simply trying to ask the lady should something like that happen during my stay there what plans, if any had been put in place to ensure the safety of the patrons of the resort? It was a simple question, I do understand that previously the unrest did not happen in the Drakensburg which was so rudely conveyed to me but this is not to say that it cannot happen in the future. I was meant to be travelling with 2 elderly parents who have already been so traumatised by the previous unrest, therefore I just wanted to have a chat to find out what exist routes there where and what structures where in place to help guests should something occur etc but the lady at reservations was so unfriendly and insensitive not to mention rude. When you are apart of the customer service team one would expect you to be understanding and accommodating to clients, I am left to only believe that Champagne sports resort does not need my business not even in these very difficult economic times. I run a training company and often look for training venues but after this I will never use Champagne Sports Resort in a private or business capacity ever again. I ended the conversation feeling totally undervalued as a potential customer.
<p>I tried to purchase an item from ebay, my card was denied 3 times however paypal charged me R15.11 three times for no reason ! what the hell. Then conviniently when I try to log into to my so called pay pal account guess what you can't find my card details or email, really so if you can't find my details how on earth did you manage to take money from my account! ???????????? </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable.</p>
Disgusting we bought a whole lot of kit kat chocolates for the kids and found cobweb like things inside the wrappings I contacted nestle they said it happens because of storage!!! They said they would contact me via mail, that was 2 weeks ago, this is not on, what if the kids eat these things and the company doesn't give so much as a we are sorry!!!!
