I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Protea Hotel Fire and Ice in Sea Point, Cape Town. I booked a Standard Room for seven days, and my main concern is that the TV in my room is not a smart TV – something that feels basic in this day and age. I requested to have Netflix connected, but the maintenance staff informed me that this was impossible, even though there are rooms in the hotel equipped with smart TVs. Despite multiple requests to either move to a room with a smart TV or have one installed in my room, I was told I would need to pay an additional R300 per night for the upgrade. This response is unacceptable. Being asked to pay such an amount simply to access Netflix is appalling and unreasonable. To make matters worse, we were given a room on the 2nd floor without a balcony, which only added to our disappointment. At this point, I just want to request a refund and find a different hotel. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and far below the standard I expected.
I bought couches from Clearance Warehouse Africa - Johannesburg branch on the 22 March 2023 for R17850.00 incl. delivery. On the website it is written that orders take 3 - 10 days to be ready I asked the salespeople in store how long my couches would take they said 3-4 weeks. Fast forward to today 4th May 2023 it has been 6 weeks now. No sign of my couches, no delivery report. I have repeatedly called the store on several accounts the number does not get answered. When it does I am being told to call the customer care which also goes to voicemail. I was also asked to send an email which I have done and an automated reply immediately kicked in that my email will be attended to which was not the case! All I want to know is the ETA for my couches. I would like to get a progress report. Some feedback on what I bought and why it is being delayed would be great! How come is it that nobody knows where my order is! How long it will take and when will I be receiving it? I have called out my order number a million times to try and get assisted but there is no status update? I need to know what is going on or get refunded! PLEEEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!
AMAZING!!!!!! I ordered my Lea lingerie set and Rita lace gown from Bellawix.com online for a Valentine’s Day gift, it was packaged gorgeously and delivered the following day! Usually the pics online showcasing products are photoshopped and look amazing yet when your receive your products it’s such a disappointment but let me tell you… Bellawix is the REAL MAKOY! The quality is outstanding, their prices are reasonable! I am super satisfied with everything! I give them 10 stars. I love that the lingerie design is so flexible and adjustable so well thought out. This is the BEST Boutique store online by far. My experience with them has made me a loyal customer! They have my heart!
I would like to take this moment to express my gratitude to all of the staff at The Victorian Secret, what a lovely experience it was for my family and I to spend our day with you in celebration for my mom’s big day, yesterday. From the communication via emails that were excellent and above all, penetrated to the rest of the staff with no misunderstandings To the excellent first class service we received from the waiters who were all very helpful and friendly as well as the amazing food we ate while we kept warm under that lovely Saturday sun’s rays. Did I mention that they bake delicious cakes, the decor was beautiful and the ambiance, invigorating! The Victorian Secret truly lives up to its standards and values. It is so refreshing to still find such treatment as a customer, where your end to end journey is well thought out and catered for. Well done for an absolutely perfect business that values its customers. Just, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Do not go to Cambridge food in Evaton. The managers there do not know how to treat customers. The manager whose name is Dumisani, spoke to me as if I am a dog just dismissing me when I told him I am not supposed to be queuing up since I am mourning my husband and I needed to leave before the sun sets because that is my tradition and he said he didn't **** my husband therefore it has absolutely nothing to do with him. He is not a boss he is a manager I thought he would understand since this is a culture for all people with colour, I didn't expect to be spoken to with such aggressiveness from him. I believe managers are taken for training to be taught how to deal with customers I am a human being not some begged in the streets I came there to buy with my money. I have a situation that needs to be catered for not be made a fool by people who believe are higher than everyone all because they have power as managers. I left the store and didn't buy my items because I was not treated with respect. I am very disappointed.
<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am appalled by the service I am currently receiving from this guest house in Kempton Park. I am turning 26 years old on the 26th of this month and decided to go big. I booked at the Modjadji Guest House. I have friends all over the show so I decided to arrange accommodation for my 10 guests. I reserved 5 rooms (2people per room) for all my friends at a price of R3000.00, I paid cash. I did all of this on the 15th October 2016 well in advance. I have ordered my cake, I have bought the décor and drinks for my special day to share with friends and family. To my dismay as I call the guest house recently to ask to view the venue, I was told by the guest house owner that the manager had disappeared with their stolen assets and money. Which is an unfortunate event for them but they then mentioned that they knew nothing about my bookings and will not even refund me my money. I sent my proof of payment email conversations and proof of room numbers reserved, but the owner still insists that he has nothing to do with all this. I am a customer who is inheriting the risks of the internal affairs and made to suffer this horrible punishment for their own mismanagement of their guest house? I am hurt my birthday is next weekend and I don’t know what to tell my family and friends. The owner is not cooperative and I am left helpless. It was just yesterday,31 March 2016 When I went to Dis-chem with my mom, she had back pains and a friend had recommended voltaren to her. When we got there we asked for voltaren gel, she enquired about the voltaren pills, asked for them ONLY IF they do not contain an ingridient called proofen because she is highly allergic to it.The lady over the counter refused and said the pills do not contain proofen!Today,this morning, I wake up only to find my mom not breathing so well, her air passages are closed, we had to find her old asthma pumps to try and contain this situation.Her whole face is swollen, her eyes are shut!She didn't sleep one bit after consuming the voltaren pill.She drank a bit of allergex,I need to call the ambulance now as we speak. It so turns out that the voltaren pills do contain this proofen ingridient after all because that is the only thing that my mom's entire system reacts to in this negative manner. What bothers me the most is that we has asked several times if the pills had voltaren and the lady assured us that they didn't. Shouldn't she have known better?People's lives are at stake here!
Peter,<br> I went to buy a phone today at about 5:15 pm,I decided to look around see what I like since I hadn't made up my mind about what I'd purchase and seeing the queue was long,I figured it would make sense to look around the Mobile area for a while, 15 min later I decided to queue up, by the time it was my turn the lady told me she had a court case to attend,asked me to wait for the other lady who was at the time assisting a customer at her station.
