Our gutters and barge boards needed attention. Outa Africa started the job on the day that they scheduled the work and were very professional in all that they did. They even undertook repairs that were not quoted for. I can highly recommend Dallen and Graham for any roofing or gutter maintenance or replacements

I would like to recommend Pest Man (Pty) Ltd based in Westville. They were prompt for both appointments that I had with them, they executed the treatments professionally and are very reasonably priced.
Having cancelled my fibre to the home contract in August 2020 and having paid the call charges in full and the rental charges pro-rata to 29 September 2020, Telkom sent me an invoice for the balance and charged interest on "late payment". I then called them and spoke to a consultant who advised that they will pass a credit for the outstanding amount of R194.03. However, I have had a default listed with Experian which has affected my credit rating. I am now unable to get through to their billing section to discuss the matter. There is supposed to be an option 4 to select to speak to a consultant, but guess what - no option 4 !! This is one of the reasons why I cancelled my service with them. How can I get this debit reversed and my credit rating fixed if I cannot even get through to them? Whatever you do, do not do business with Telkom!
Standard Bank's authentication system sucks. I have never managed to pass their verification process due to incorrect information that they have on their system for me. And they cannot tell me what answer is incorrect! All I want is a credit card statement that they failed to send to me, so that I can pay what is due at the end of the month!
Be de Groot (the Dutchman) did our granny flat renovation, attending to the demolition, construction and project managing from start to finish. His work is impeccable and he goes the extra mile. He was also the most reasonable quote that we obtained. I can highly recommend him for all you construction and home renovation requirements.
Mix Telematics is the most incompetent organisation that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Even their exit survey (Customer Satisfaction survey) is non-functional and will not advance past the first page ... They have persisted in claiming that I am in arrears on my account when I have paid in advance since inception of my contract in 2017 (notwithstanding me providing proof of every single payment and a recon on my account which nobody appears to have looked at, never mind applied their minds).
I have been receiving sms and email notifications that my account is in arrears, when in fact they have not reflected 2 payments on their statements going back to November 2017. Each time I requested a copy of the outstanding invoice, I received no communication other than to state that I am in arrears. I have sent proof of payment with no response. Last week I spent 3 days reconciling my account with them from August 2017 to May 2020 and notwithstanding numerous emails to their debtors and customer care departments, no one has had the decency to even look at the document which clearly shows where their error occurred (never mind revert to me to try and resolve the matter). I am so very frustrated as both these departments show a disdain for the clients and their incompetence is staggering! They also attempted to repeatedly collect the funds from a company bank account after the contract expired and I entered into a new agreement with a new device in my personal name. I refused to sign a debit order and have been paying via EFT monthly IN ADVANCE since July 2017. I am being left with very little option but to cancel my contract with them.....
Towards the end of November, I applied to have a contract transferred from my company into my personal name, together with an upgrade. All was good and on the 6th December my contract airtime and data was credited. On the 8th December, the service was disabled and anyone calling my number received the message \this number is no longer available on the MTN network". I contacted the branch where the contract was done and upon investigation"
Notwithstanding numerous attempts by the service provider's employee, Viwe, to activate the 30Gb free data that has been offered as a promotional item, nothing has been forthcoming.
