Speedas giving AliExpress a bad reputation
no response to questions via email, whatsapp or voice. Its been over a week and I am still being ignored. Aliexpress seems to always partner with the most *********** courier companies in Africa. Take a leaf from Temu - use Buffalo who are super efficient and responsive. I cannot recommend nor will use AliExpress again

you are liable for delivery, even if the goods were incorrect.
ordered good from their website. mailed them to ensure the specs of the goods were as advertised good arrived but were not those as specified. returned them immediatey and got refunded minus delivery. *****ied this and was told that there was delivery charges. eventually got total refund

product rebranding and blatant misleading
BEWARE OF REBRANDING AT THIS STORE. Solar Supply rebrand and rename their products to mislead clients. For example...the Pylontech UPS5000 is supposed to be a 4.8KW LiIon battery, but Solar Supply rebrand the Pylontech US3000C which is a 3.5KW battery as the UPS5000.....this is just blatant mileading. What you think is a good price is actually more than market price and not what you expect. I will be forwarding their detailas to the consumer council ombuts for action.

not delivering
I ordered components from RS components in Jhb. They ship using Skynet. I was not informed when delivery was going to take place, when they did, and no one answered the door (door bell was down due to loadshedding) no one bothered to call....I have now spent 3 x 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer their customer call line- apparently my call is important to them, but not that important.... From now on I'll pay the little premium and get THE COURIER GUY instead.....they know what they doing.

Bad Attitude and late /no delivery
We renovated out house and selected Ambassador doors to provide all the new aluminium sliding doors and windows ..approx R220,000.00 in total. Although installation was prompt, there were lots of issues and every time they fixed something there was another thing broken. This went on for about one year. In addition, we were never informed of any choices we had in colour matching, type of hinges etc and subsequently, the technicians put in what they wanted...grey handles on black aluminium, white silicone on black aluminium...When I eventually insisted on them giving me the options and explaining their processes......I was labelled as \the bad guy"...trying to stall the process to avoid paying the outstanding R10k....like I needed the R10k after spending a quarter of a million with them!...and knowing full well it would probably cost more to get an alternate supplier in. The more I explained and insisted on getting the service I was sold"
