I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of my husband's claim for the ****** laptop, which has been unjustly denied. My husband reported the theft shortly after the incident occurred, during which he was understandably in shock and struggling to articulate the events due to his heart condition. Despite submitting a police report and maintaining ongoing communication detailing the circumstances, the narrative surrounding our claim has continually changed, ultimately leading to its denial. Your policy clearly states that claims for items ****** outside the home will be honored. However, it seems that the focus has shifted to finding reasons to avoid payment rather than providing the support promised to your clients. It is disheartening to feel that we are treated as mere cash ***s rather than valued clients. The attractive deals you advertise are overshadowed by a lack of understanding and empathy towards your customers.
The service is shocking. My contract expired and they called for an upgrade. I went through the long process and business was concluded. HOWEVER I never receive my device. I called and no ones seems to be able to help I get refereed all over the place to find out my details have been outsourced to a 3rd party and I must deal with them. disgusting no one can help they say eventually say it was cancelled but don't know why. every number they give me does not work. HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. now I want to cancel one of my lines and NO surprise cant get through. get disconnected Great job guys someone better call me back
I am appalled by this company. In the last 7 day I have received over 40 calls from this company looking for Maria Mvundla. each time I advise this is the wrong number and to please remove my number. They continue to call I at times receive 3 or 4 calls back to back. They work on a hunting line so its always a new person promising to remove my number but NOTHING happens and it continues. they hang up when I ask to speak to a manager or team leader this is HARRA*****T and I am struggling to do my job as they continue to call I cant block as it is always a new number. NOW LISTEN TAKE MY NUMBER OFF BEFORE I GO TO THE COPS
Just want to express amazing service I received earlier this month from Johan ext 7849 he was such breath of fresh air as service delivery in this country is shocking. Johan was friendly, helpful and went over and above to make sure my experience was a great one. He not only provided the service he delivered. Everything he advise was actioned. Super proud to be a client of your company.
ILLEGAL CONNECTION & FRAUDULENT! Never use this Janie 0824163753 he came to my place as i didn't have power i was not home just my helper and mom. He charged me over R4000.00 and i found out after that he put an illegal connection and when i called him. He said everyone is doing it. I said i want it to be remove and he said he would come back to remove it and has not done so since when i call him he swears at me and cuts the call. He wants me to pay for him to remove HIS illegal connection.
I would like to report my disappointment and disgusted in the way your company has gone about increasing my premium. I got a courtesy call from a gentleman wanting to update my info and look at seeing if I wanted household insurance, which I told him I would be interested in the new year. the information which was updated was a new address which was even better cover I was now parking in a garage and in the same area. He asked if I was ,married and I advised I had gotten divorced in 2013. to then find out that my premium had now increased from R683.45 to R871.64 on the grounds that I was now divorced. are you for real how is discriminating again me due to a failed marriage have anything to do with car insurance. I was told that divorced people use there car more. are you joking some people use that the gautrain do they get cheeper insurance, i could go on about this. this is the biggest BULLSHIT I have every heard of in my life. i have been with you guys since early 2011 and this is disgusting and expected more from you and to be treated like this just so you guys can suck more money out of us. i will be moving my insurance.
