Active since Dec 2015
After having had my number and SIM card for a several years, the service was cut to the sim. This is despite it being in a phone that was active and funds available. Additionally, no notice was given and subsequent efforts to resolve the issue has been met with poor service from Vodacom staff, Keegan. I visited the store on 02/04/2024 and was advised I would be contacted within 24hrs. I sent a follow up on 09/04/2024 with no response. A further follow on 16/04/2024 was met with a response with no rectification or explanations. I responded immediately (16/04/2024) and as of 23/04/2024 I am yet to receive a response.
To whom it may concern, In December 2017 I attempted to hire a car at the Cape Town International branch. For valid reasons I was unable to do so however upon inspection on my credit card statement I have been changed not once but twice for a vehicle I never hired. It has been some time since then and I am yet to receive the amounts back even though I have made a few phone calls to query the situation. This having failed, I took to emailing the company getting a response and promise to rectify the situation from ********** Since then I have received no communication for weeks even though I have sent 5 additional emails. This is outright theft! Can you please rectify the situation immediately! Attached are the two references for the booking.
CellC have a buy out special from other networks. After finding out what the procedure is and how to go about it, I was encouraged to action it. This all being done was only told subsequently that they had no device in stock. However there was one in Kenilworth which would be there the following day, once it arrived CellC would call. 3-4 days later with no call, decided to make another trip to the store. Only to find that the wrong device was ordered. I was then told that the correct device (64G black iPhone) would be there in a week and this time for certain they would call to advise either way. To my disappointment again a week later, no call and on a further visit to the store, no device. This has all left me wondering why I left Vodacom in the first place
In the process of purchasing my Jeep Wrangler i asked many questions, as you do. The response and I quote was 'excellent condition'. To my disappointment, when the car arrived there was plenty wrong with it. Not limiting to a large deep scratches, dented and cracked bumpers, missing sun visors and spare key. The manager begrudgingly said he would send the visors and would source the spare key if not give R2k in its place. This was almost two weeks ago, he no longer will take my call.
I took out a policy at 11am, was promised that would have the documents immediately. An hour later no response, I called in to the call Center and was told I would receive a call back. Still waiting for that call. Made another call now 3,5hrs later, again still waiting for the response
