If you hungry ....rather not go....cos you will wait a few hours for the food,just after you wait for them to actually serve you
Waiting over 15 Min for a manger to sign off....still at the till....she is still on her cell phone.... extremely poor service
We ordered burgers and wedges, the wedges were so bad, the colour was dark and smell was like rotting potatoes that were fried
Their menus says Lamb bunnie, however it is C grade meat that is extremely hard....
We are currently having a late lunch....10 people. The food came cold, everything taste the same and staff don’t know what they are doing....leaving out half of the meals....leaving out sauces and confusion.
I called in with the tyre model and vehicle make a while back(September). A quote was done and payment made on the 03 Sept 2020. They did recognise payment. Ive tried going to the workshop twice, the first time they were busy, the second time, they told me that they needed to order. After weeks, a lady called telling me that the tyres are no longer available at that price and that if they order, i must pay the difference. I was not happy with this as it is clearly leading customers on to get payment. I asked that they pay the money back to me, email and called on the 10/10/2020. Clearly they stalled and did not want to pay me back as. This is unprofessional and as mentioned to Bluff tyres, they are putting my life and my vehicle at risk, as well as my business. Another email was sent by me on the 12/10/2020, they replied asking me banking details, where i replied same day on the 14/10/2020 with banking details. On thursday the 15/10/2020, they sales lady called telling me that they have managed to get 4 tyres at the same price as management called in a favor. I insisted that they still pay back, Ive already engaged with other fitment centres where they have stock and for cheaper however in good faith eventually agreed. It was scheduled for Saterday the 17/10/2020 where i come in early and get the 4 x tyres fitted. Today( the 17th, to my disgust, after waiting early, they tell me that only three tyres ar good and the 4th is damaged!!!! Clearly they are buying reject tyres, Nobodu called to tell me anything and still no money back. I have told the counter to re-imberse me, nothing as yet. They are putting my life at risk and my vehicle at risk, as well as my business, they dont really care about the customers
I am am border off..The HR number doesn't work, says I need to go on the website. I have sent mails....phone many call centres....no reply.... I called Bankmed as my medical aid is now charging double....they said its the employer issue....ABSA HR is non existant
