Staff refusing customers to use staff toilet
On Saturday the 10th of May 25 I accompanied my sister to villa fragrances in Braamfontein and I stayed behind in the car and she went in to stock as she's selling their perfumes and she went inside with her daughter and my grand daughter whose 8yrs old and my niece is 2yrs 10monts and after few minutes they came out saying that my niece whose in potty training needs to urinate and I asked them why didn't they used the toilet inside and my grand daughter told me that they said they don't have one and I helped her to do it on the pavement. After few minutes again they came out again saying that now my niece needs to poo poo and I asked around for a public toilet until I met a guy looking for clients working for Virginia active and I asked him where can I take my niece to poo poo and he told me I can ask a security guy on the next building of which it was apartments for students, and I asked from that security guard explaining where I'm from and he asked me that where does the staff help themselves if they don't have a toilet and that came to my attention of that question he asked me, and when I got back I asked one of the staff member that if they don't have the toilet where do they help themselves and she told me that they only have staff toilet and that amazed me that they can't help their customers with their staff toilet especially a kid and that has made me very angry because she also told me herself that they refuse that their customers uses their toilet and I asked her for her name and she said she's Amanda. I then asked for a manager and the cared less telling me that that reason why they don't allow customers to use their toilet it's because on the way the toilet there's some stuff that customers shouldn't see. The way I was so upset I told them that I'm going report this to their head office they didn't care because they knew that they are the head office. On Monday I whatsapped them and the manager made me a fool that he'll look at the matter and investigate and come back to me but when I asked him was he not the one talking to on Saturday? that's when he told me about company policy telling me that all retailers have that policy of which that really makes me mad because at the retailers when I ask for a toilet they do let me use it or maybe I'm crazy? What really makes me angry I that when we found the toilet by that apartment my niece had already ****ed on herself and my t-shirt was ruined and smelled bad and we were still going to stock at Xavier I had to go like that and I also had to clean her panty and her trouser with hand soap from the toilet. This for it's a very bad experience 😕 😔

Funeral cover companies not keeping their promises
I had a policy/funeral cover at metropolitan and as most of the time my debit orders were bouncing I used an option of eft or card payment/online payment of which they were sending me an sms with the link to make that payment in December I also made that online payment but in January they sent me an sms telling me that my policy has lapsed because I didn't pay for it of which I found it very strange and I made a query by emailing them and they took time to respond and they told me to send my policy number and did that and they told me that my policy number is invalid I should send my id number I did that and they told me they can't find my policy or something like that and told me to send my policy number and I got ****ed off and told them that they should stop playing games with me and someone called me and she told me after the invitation but she never called me back even today.

Bad service at Cosmo City shoprite
I went to shoprite at Cosmo City as it my brother in law's tombstone unveiling so wan in a hurry because we were in shortage of chicken pieces so when I went to the till to pay I had to query about the price of a cold drink so the cashier ask a packer to go and check the price then we went back to the till and the packer was no longer there to pack for and when I ask the cashier she just told me nonsense and she didn't even greet me I had to put for myself 2 packets of 8kgs of braai packs and cold drinks. I was totally unhappy about the service there the name of the cashier is Dive Dunjwa.

I was scammed by Bitcoin code (universal markets Steve Mc Day)
My name is Sizakele from Johannesburg I saw an internet advert from my phone more than once aboy a woman from cape town saying that she's making a lot of money with bitcoin code and she's empowering woman to also make money, she also said that she was retrenched n thought that she'll be devastated without a job until she found Bitcoin code then there was form where you fill your information if you interested then I thought of my my son who has a syndrome and I saw àn opportunity for me n him and I registered then they called and they said they calling me in order they can help me to activate my account and they said I need to make a minimum deposit of 250$and i took my husband's salary thinking that I double it in no time as I also saw their happy clients saying that they making lot of money with Bitcoin code and then they asked for my card details and made n Internet transaction and it deducted R3124 in south African rands, then the guy called Teddy told me that an account manager will call me n gave a security code saying that I shouldn't give it to someone else n told me that the account manager will call me within 24hrs and within a minute they called and asked me if I can't deposit more because it will be difficult for me to start trading and make more money with so little money and I told him that I don't have more and he said that he'll find somebody Else who'll bey account manager then no one called after that. I tried emailing them asking them to refund me because no is calling me as they promised. I even replied to this Steve Mc Day who sent me an email to welcome me but no one is responding anymore. Please help me hello Peter to get my money back.
