Team threatening me that my account will be handed over even after i indicated that my medical aid has sent correspondence that they will deal with the claim.
<p>A driver knocked my parked vehicle , i immediately informed unitrans who only claimed from their insurance (ium) about a month later then in march the matter was with ium which is doing absolutely nothing ever siince receiving the claim. they requested quotes i indicated that i could only get one quote from merc they didnt object to receiving only one quote....4 months down the line i get a call that they need another one. i got another one from merc the following day and im told that i should give them time to look at the matter.</p> <p>exactly what is ium looking at from february until june????????</p> <p>the quotes are 27 000 something and 26 000 something not even a huge difference but im told that i should give ium time.</p> <p>need i also mention that when i enquired about the matter i was told that if im not happy i must claim from my insurance or go to court!!!!!!</p>
<p>i bought a vehicle through standard bank at pengelly Autos (A n D Supermotors)now it turns out the that the dealership failed to disclose a MATERIAL aspect of the contract and i now want to return the car and the dealer to settle the debt with standard bank. now they are telling me about the mileage change , wear and tear and interests etc which i consider very absurd and i will not pay for them because if i had known of such misrepresentation i would have not bought the car and its all their fault that we are in all of this today (failure to disclose-misrepresentation)</p> <p> </p> <p>how does standard bank endorse these fraudulent companies???? im not prepared to pay any of the fees in order for the dealer to settle the debt, as i said in my correspondence to the dealer, the car may be swaped for another (same model ) or the contract must be terminated and debt settled (in full )failing which the vehicle shall be returned to standard bank and no further payments made.</p> <p> </p>
Sent my u988 phone to Hisense for repairs,after a month I'm informed my phone is lost and I will receive a replacement phone . only to get an old phone belonging to another customer who was probably told that his/her phone is misplaced ,the phone contains pictures ,messages, contact list etc.... <br> <br> I guess this is a blue festive for me * no pictures*<br> <br> Very sad<br>
