This company is useless, they don’t deliver in-time and for four consecutive times now they delivered my parcels the following day and always give a useless excuse that they had a lot of parcels to deliver, **** company. I don’t recommend this useless company
Had to wait 30 minutes at the OR Tambo airport for my car, yet I gave them all the details for my return. The person attending to the WhatsApp messages on the 25/11/2023 had a nerve to tell me that I must understand that he is dealing with many cars. The driver told me he was called from home to deliver my car. What nonsense is that.
II would like to recommend Flora auto clinic to all Toyota customers. They offered me outstanding service on my vehicle repair, JJ and Corlia have been so fast in expediting the repairs. WELL DONE!!! WILL DEFINITELY RETURN
1. On 1 April 2021, I took my car to Freeway Toyota for service, and it was under the service plan. 2. I was told my car was ready for collection the same day, upon collection, 3. Bongani the service advisor handed me the invoice for service and advised me that I should not be worried about the noise as it's caused by the thickness of the oil and it will go away soon, however, if it does not go away, I can bring it back so I left with the car. He also advised me of my next service which he wrote on the invoice. 4. The noise did not go away, so I took it back after the Easter holidays, when I got there Bongani called an Indian guy to come and listen to the noise, that guy suggested that it must be taken to the workshop for inspection. 5. The manager called me the following day and said they are not sure of the noise so they need to take it to the engineer, which is going to cost me, so I said they must leave it. 7. I wanted a second opinion, so I took it to Toyota Vereeniging on 23 May 2021, where I was told the same day that the car did not have an engine oil so they poured oil, and the noise got worse and it has damaged other parts of the engine. How can a car finish the engine oil in the same month of being serviced? the same things that I was invoiced for by freeway Toyota were replaced by Vereeniging Toyota, including adding 4-5L engine oil. 8. I told the Vereeniging dealer that the car was just serviced, they requested proof which I sent. 9. They called Freeway Toyota, however, Freeway Toyota decided to pay for what the Vereeniging dealer replaced and took away the car. 10. After weeks the freeway service manager said they will strip and diagnose the engine then send parts to their engineers so they can know what's wrong, yet they did not entertain the fact that the Vereeniging dealer said there was no engine oil and it has damaged other parts of the engine. 11. The engineering report claims that the car was taken to engineering during service and that's incorrect as the car was taken to engineering after it was taken from Vereeniging dealer and the Km as per Vereeniging invoice were 190041Km, why does their report say 180000km when the car was taken to engineering after 190041km? 12. If I was advised of the consequences of driving the car with that noise, I wouldn't have left with the car that day, I would have made a plan as I did not pay for service myself it was under the service plan. 13. The car was under a service plan, if there was a problem with the car during service why did they not seek advice from my service plan? 14. If the service plan refused to pay for whatever fault, they would have told me that your service plan refused to pay so make a plan which I would have made before all these damages. 15. Freeway Toyota was negligent when servicing my car which led to engine failure and they are refusing to take responsibility. I was to by freeway Toyota that I can drive the car now they want to claim that I damaged the car. Freeway Toyota reasons for refusing to take responsibility are all lies from Service Manager Yussuf Ebrahim, 1. I have never met this Yussurf guy, I always dealt with Bongani. 2. Yussurf claims he told me about the noise on the day of Service and when I brought it back which is a lie, Yussurf removed the one guy (Bongani) who knows what happened on the day of service so he can manipulate this case. 3. If Yussurf told me where the problem was during Service, why would I bring it back? And why did he take it in for two days if he advised me during service? Why did Yussurf pay Vereeniging Toyota and took the car if it was not their fault? I still believe he wanted to hide something. 4. He cannot even prove how he told me about this problem. 5. He was quick to refer me to MIOSA, which intervened and came back prising Freeway Toyota Service which I’m not surprised. 6. Yussurf cannot even respond to why did the car not have engine oil on day 23 after being serviced. I REGRET TAKING MY CAR TO THE FREEWAY TOYOTA… They dont even deserve that one star
