Telkom has been debiting my account for a contract that was supposed to be cancelled 10 years ago. They have stolen lot of money from me for a product that I stopped using many years ago because of dishonesty and poor service I got from this company. They are still debiting my account to this day after canceling the ****** contract. The worst part is none of their telephone is being answered. I think it's high time we start voicing this Telkom issue on radios and any other means of communication so that people could stop using Telkom.

Telkom is helplessly dishonest, difficult to get hold of consultants if one is seeking help. Does not care about customers yet enjoy sucking money out of customers. I've had a bad experience whereby I had a contract with them and I was paying R95 a month. I defaulted on 1 month and the following month my account was debited with R1500 later same month my account was debited with 2500 which I managed to reverse. I struggled to get hold of them for a long time, eventually I managed to speak to someone. When I esquire how is it possible that I can pay such huge amount in one month I was told it's because I skipped a month without paying. I disputed that in a sense that I can't be charged R4000 for not a mere R95 and I was told my problem will be looked into and that did not happen, instead each month my account was being debited with ridiculous amounts and I kept reversing them. Until recently when they decided to forward my case to their lawyer and I'm still waiting for feedback.

Telkom is stealing my money. I had a contract with them. Unfortunately one particular month I missed a payment which was R95. The following month they debited my account with R1500, I called and asked why they took so much, the answer was it's because I defaulted the previous month and that was a penalty. The following week same month the debited my account with R2500, I reversed it and I called, they'd since said they will check and revert back to me, until today I'm still waiting. This has been going on for a good 2 years, they debit I reverse. The sad part is I never get hold of them every time I call. Why would I be charged a penalty of R4 000 for skipping one month?
<p>On the 7th December an amount of R95.00 was debited from my account by a company called TAYLIN, today again they did the same thing. I called Standard bank and the declared this an unauthorized debit order and they are in a process of reversing both transactions. I'm trying to google this company but there is no website/information about them. I'd like to speak to them and give them piece of my mind. We are tired with hypocrites that steal from us just because they can. And for them to use my ID number as a reference number is ****** sick.</p>
