Discovery service or customer care re: claims is pathetic. It has been about 2 weeks that I'm tryingbto claim for pathology and we are back and fourth with the same documents needed. Whatever they requested, I got and sent through but still...nothing. No feedback. Their automated responses are vague and covers nothing, the online system they use, does not process any claims, they get canceled. Such a waste of time and effort. We pay so much and the service is disgusting.
The most disappointing online store service. I placed an order on the 12/12 for books that my daughter wanted for Christmas. These books are in stock according to the online store. I checked online on Monday, under my account and the books are pending. So I emailed to find out the ETA of my order as the email and confirmation page stated 4-5 days. I get an email response today and they state my daughters christmas gift will only arrive on the 19/01. Are you people insane, why state that you have stock with an estimated delivery in 4-5 days!? False advertising and pathetic service. You have enough time to deliver before Christmas.
I had contacted DMS as I had a leak in my ceiling which could have come from my bathroom upstairs (according to the complex plumber). Guys came in with nothing, except their eyes- paid 678.75 Agreed with what the previous plumber said. I received a quote for just under 10k and I asked if it can be reduced, they did to 6935.94. I paid the deposit a day before approx R3.4k.I sent emails and whatsapps telling them to ensure their guys come with a detector or something. They came in to do the work (10/03) and realized the pipes aren't where they thought it was, received another quote for the same job plus additions to approx R12.6k. After the job was done I paid the balance of approx R9k. After testing my washing machine wasn't working, called them back and was billed R2k of which I refused as this happened because of the residue of copper pipes from their cutting that entered the washer filter. I ended up paying call out of R678 (11/03). I then get contacted by the owner who enquires about the situation, after much argument, he agreed that I should not pay anymore and kindly refunded me the approximate amount if R5.6k. The leak started again and clearly was not fixed. Today, 28/03, I receive a statement from Niccolette of approx R4.4k... who even knows what for. This is just money issues I have experienced, I have not even mentioned the attitude of their plumber towards females and the laughing, reckless driving, and the hours sitting and doing nothing. I am taking this statement to my attorneys now. They think people are stupid. I really do not recommend. Stay away from this company.
Communication and service is extremely poor. There is no point in being acknowledged if something as basic as communicating and customer service is lacking detrimentally.
My little daughter needed urgent dental care. I contacted unity health and stratum for pre authorisation because she was in a lot of pain on the 28th-29th of March. I rushed her in as I was still awaiting pre authorisation. I paid cash and put in a claim. Today 3rd of April they decline autorisation because they require a quote. The dentist does not provide a quote, they provide invoices once paid. They system or processes they work with or maybe the people behind it cannot work efficiently. This is the second time this has happened, the first time it happened was when my tooth literally broke and they expected me to wait for who knows what. I'm tired of their processes, if it was medically urgent, someone could have died.

Great experience with snatcher. Delivery is within the stipulated time, products are packaged carefully with sufficient airfilled bags to protect them. Everything is handled excellently.
