I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my claim, which was processed on the 3rd. Up until today, nothing has reflected, and I have not received any communication from your office. This lack of communication and delay in payment is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I request the following: 1. Immediate confirmation of the status of my claim. 2. A clear timeline for when the payment will be processed. 3. A written explanation for the delay in communication and settlement. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 14 days, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory authority and consider further action. I urge you to treat this complaint with the urgency it deserves and respond promptly.
I tried to login into the portal for the two port system. system not working. called the contact center and another lady that sounded sleepy told me that the portal is down until Thursday. like how the hell can the portal be down when you know very well that customers will be using the portal. you had 12 months to test the system. I think this company should reconsider if they still want to be in business or not. because this is total *******
I have bought Non alcoholic drinks twice already. First one had expired already. Over the weekend bought from different store but my other can was empty inside. Both incidents i did report via Mr.Delivery with no help or any accountability of selling expired goods and empty drinks
I have been calling the Bank every week for REF 26272747, every time this ladies answer and suppose to update me on how far my case is. call get disconnected and no one calls you back. I want my money back into my account I am tired of calling every week for nothing. Can someone who knows what need to be done here to call me back urgently.
Discovery health should just cancel this nonsense of the personal health fund. Me and my spouse had three rings to complete. I was able to complete one and he was struggling to complete the two rings due for him. I have called them a million time. The ladies at Carlton centre, I think they are tired or do not wanna work at all.I went to bought the stands the lady are not customer friendly. When you great them they just look at you.the other ladies were just eating chicken licken with no stress.
I bought a T shirt during the black friday sale. I just received the call today that the stock is not available I can take something else or refund. When I ask the lady what I can take she says nothing is available for now.I think you guys need to decide that you do instore only the online platform is a mess and *******. I have no idea why I still bank with Nedbank, I app**** for Nedbank4Me account online. I got a call and two account were open instead of one, I asked for the card to be delivered at Maponya Mall card was delivered at Mall of Africa. I went to collect the card and guess what the card is not linked to the account. I called Mall of Africa back again and even today no one is able to link the ****** card for me.....A lady said she was going to call me back after not listening to my request and it has been 3 hours waiting for the call
How drop dead disappointed I am with the Woolies online delivery, I incorrectly typed my numbers incorrect . The driver did not arrive at the delivered address added on my order however he decided to call for whatever reason , number was on voicemail and he decided to not even bother to come to the address. I call the Dash or Bash spoke two two different unbothered ladies that were not willing to even assist me. I was told that my order was cancel and payment will reflect back into my account in 5 working days. I was so angry as I ordered Easter eggs for my daughter who did not have even a single Easter egg yesterday(How disappointing) all thanks to your online system and not being able to make my refund accessible immediately so I can buy them cash as the online process has failed me.
