I placed and paid for stationery order online but there's no communication received about delivery. I only received order confirmation email after payment. I sent an email but no response from them. I think I'm being ****med here.
I'm a Nsfas funded student and my fees are not paid though I'm approved for Nsfas funding. I didn't receive book allowance and registered modules were financial suspended but reinstated after I wrote exams. I sent email to UNISA and was told they're working on paying my fees and that was on 06 June 2025, but my fees are not paid even now. I can't get exam results and won't be able to register for second semester.
I'm a first year registered student and I haven't received study materials since registration. I called and was told the printer is broken and was promised study materials will be delivered once printer issue is sorted. I called again last week Wednesday and was told the same story with the promise that I will receive my study materials before Monday. Yesterday I sent an email to my study advisor but she didn't reply. It is March now and there's assignments to be submitted. How do I write without studying and how do I catch-up with all that needs to be done at this semester. I'm so much disappointed and wish I can cancel registration.
I went to the bank to collect a business card together with my wife who was also collecting hers. The service we received from one of consultant at Protea Glen shopping mall was poor and inhumane. My wife started not feeling well while there and I asked a consultant by the name of Ndivhuwo for water since my wife was about to collapse but she told me it is not the bank's duty to assist clients with water so I rather go to ShopRite and buy. I asked what if she dies while waiting to buy water at ShopRite since it is a distance from bank and lady said is non of their business.
I requested a refund on 06/10/2023 and was told money will be deposited between 3 to 5 business days but till today my money is not deposited. Their email return as unsent and their help center doesn't have an option to assist with refund. This is a bad experience that I ever received because I have been shopping with them for years. I wanted to register with them and they debited my account before I can even finalize registration. I didn't submit any required documents and never submitted onboarding assignment. I cancelled before finalizing registration and they refused refunding me. Their service is bad and they're ****
I applied a business account online and one of the consultant by the name of Sandla Kabi called me and asked me to send required documents. He further called to request outstanding documents and confirmed that all documents are in order. I waited for a week without any response or account being opened. I sent an email to a consultant and he didn't reply. Is a bad bank for business and if they can run away after receiving documents, how can we trust them with our money. I'm so disappointed with their service
I have been trying to reverse a debit order from April and cannot do it at their APP since it says debit order cannot be reversed. I spoke to a banker through secured chat and she advised that I have to call 0875754653 that's goes to voice prompt that advised a debit order reversal is unavailable. How can such a big institution that we trust with our money doesn't have a systems to reverse unauthorised debit orders. I'm so much disappointed and thinking of taking my business to another institution.
I returned an order number 86487807 on Friday 15 May 2020 and was told it is received but since then, the order status still shows delivered to me and there's no reply from emails I sent to them. They have to refund me but nothing is happening.
I have been scammed by Shaw academy, they have taken R99.50 in my account without my consent because I didn't subscribe for anything from them. This institution is scam
