I’m a regular Bolt user, I always defend them mentally when ppl complain. Guess what last week, Boom they took unauthorised my last R206 . When I queried it. They say it’s a pre approved ride I was at work and never took that trip
Telkom did a debit on our accounts on the 25 th of February instead of our agreed debit date of the 1st of each month. Now those debit orders bounced . I was charged R80 by my bank and guess what Telkom also charged me R200. For a returned debit order which was their fault. I never gave a mandate for that date . Please assist me to get a refund from Telkom. I can assure you I was not the only client who was done dirty by Telkom
I wish I could close this account but unfortunately I love soccer. I paid my Dstv account via Easy Pay app on the 12th of September . My account has been disconnected daily. I have sent proof of payment. They open it , cut it off the next day. I have spent so much money and and time to be reconnected everyday. As I write now , just a notification informing me that my service has been disconnected. How can I stop this abuse?? Acc under BE No wonder ppl are leaving Dstv. They do not know how to run a business or try and keep the few clients they have left
Dulcie Cafe in Wilgeheuwel hospital has graet food and excellent customer service. They open as early as 06.30am, For patients and family members who come for treatment in the hospital. Best breakfast meals for everyone. They also cater for hospital staff at discounted prices. The manager listens to suggestions. They close late to make sure everyone eats.
Thank you guys for taking my fight to Dstv. I can say for now I m very happy, my issue was resolved but I m still waiting for ***** case number from them. I was credited for extra charges on my account. I hope I won't have same issues again.
No wonder DSTV is loosing clients, they do not respond or investigate customer queries. They do not adhere to POPI Act. Any one can access your account even after you have laid a complaint. They make money from *****ulently activated accounts. My customer number is 453000517, someone active an extra decoder on my account, from paying R680, I paid R915, last month, R960 this month. I complained, was told they are investigating the matter , I had to pay because my dstv was cut off. Dstv said they will refund me after investigating, but nothing has been done. I also spend R200 on phone calls , . They de acive the extre decoder but 2 days time it's back on. I have been wait for voice recordings for the past 3 months. Dstv is allowing ****s to rob me because they getting paid.for services I don't use. Someone is watching for free on my account and I'm paying Dstv for them. I don't understand, since I complained, shouldn't there be an Alert on my account? I'm done,

Good morning I have been a client of Telkom for more than a decade. A year doesn't end without a complaint. This year I woke you to my lines been closed. My debit order is always done on time, this month it's supposed to be done tomorrow 1st of March. All because of an insurance that I canceled in 2022. I reversed the amount thinking that will help no it made matters worse. I had 3 devices insured with Telkom Amin insurance. When I list one them they said it was cancelled, fine. I sent an email canceling all the insurance because I don't even have the devices anymore. Telkom Admin plus acknowledged. #Telkom kept on billing me, I called they said its not them.its Admin plus, Admin plus said it's Telkom. They are tarnishing my credit record. They are frustrating me. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm paying insurance for what I don't have and they have emails stating my cancelation. That money is for my children s food. Please help. As we speak my account was suspended today on Sunday. My account has been suspended 4 times this month. When u call their call center, they tell about collections department, who never debit the correct amount. They don't call u or send an sms. They just lock your lines. My ID 7003110525083.
