I had a complicated home loan application due to existing home loans. Vinay assured me that I was a good client and a proven track record, and motivated for my home loan application. I was expecting a high interest rate due to my exposure. Not only did Vinay save me time and effort but he managed to get me a full home loan with below prime interest. We're applying for a home loan, and the interest rate negotiation is not going well. We've given several considerations for why the risk is low, but what I think it boils down to is that we didn't go with a bond originator. Please can I speak to someone that can look at our case in more detail?
I applied for a home loan (multiple purchasers) but there was an issue with on of the credit ratings. We resolved this on the 11th January, and sent through proof for to appeal the application. However, the agent is on leave, and their stand in has not responded. It seems like it would have been easier to go with an originator. Please can someone help

I purchased a sofa from Coricraft Ballito. Very friendly and attentive staff. We eventually settled on a sofa (after a lot of searching), but it turned out that the sofa was too big to fit through our door. However Kurchen was quick to help, made lots of calls, and got the problem fixed (we had to pull up the couch from the balcony). I'm very grateful for the amazing service. I even thought that he was the store manager. Thank you again!
I recently reactivated my Vitality subscription, but there was an error and points weren't updating. I contacted support, and the issue was corrected but my Vitality Active sync with my Garmin tracker was removed. I lost 100 points, which is very little. I logged the call on the 11th Jan, and to date it has not been resolved. Tshepo Boqo was the specialist helping, but was not helpful at all. I think for 100 points, all of the time wasted on my end and Discovery's end was not needed.
I recently purchased an SSHD from takealot (order 5877195). However, the incorrect item was delivered (RRN: RRN-5564-8b3a). I've been told that there is no stock available and that I could either wait or be refunded.<br> <br> However, I am able to add the item to the cart so I don't understand why there is a wait. Moreover, if I was sent the incorrect item by mistake, how could the stock have been depleted? It's very disappointing to receive the incorrect item and then to be offered inconvenient solutions. What's going on?
In January I returned a Gobii phone that stopped functioning correctly, and I wanted to return a foot spa that did not match the description. However, when the Gobii phone was getting collected, we made a mistake and the collection didn't take place. A few days later, the foot spa was meant to get collected but we returned the phone instead.<br> <br> There was a mix up and certainly we were to blame. However, I don't think that means that my returns should be ignored or that we shouldn't be assisted. I contacted support on the 24th and again on the 30th of Jan since I received no feedback. I explained the situation and on the 4th Feb, I got a response (04650725) telling me that the phone was not supposed to be collected and that I should return the item from the site.<br> <br> I explained the situation again on the 5th Feb:<br> - Order #1002503413 (Original order #1002480176) - the Gobii phone, was collected instead of the foot spa.<br> - Order #1005127516 Original order #1004990480) - has not been collected, it is still with us.<br> <br> However my mum got a call from Kalahari asking for the order numbers. I explained again on the 9th but there still hasn't been feedback! Please refund these purchases.
