I made an order on the 9th of April 2025 and the books have still not been delivered. They had communicated only once when I enquired and said that the status had been updated. These books are needed by my child for school. When I email again to ask for a refund, I have been ignored. Never use these people.
I have been calling Mweb for the past 4 working days to no avail. Airtime has been wasted. It rings and rings. Then out of nowhere just disconnects. This service is unacceptable and just outrageous. Are we meant to have internet issues forever while they chill and not attend to their customers.
We brought a power bank online. In less than a month, the charging port has become loose. When my elderly mom goes to the store to return this product due to bad quality. They seem to be giving her a runaround. If your staff won't be able to provide good service to the elderly for online purchases, change your return policy so it can be done without having to use one's own money to return a bad product. We are also not going to be bul**** into accepting low-quality products. Rather, refund us our money.
