A very proactive company keeps me up to date with any fines I had. The payment portal is also user friendly
I would like to be positive about them, BUT their customer service channels leave a lot to be desired. Renewed my Car license online beginning of December. Received 1st tracking SMS 7/12/2024 Package packed Received 2nd tracking SMS 10/12/2024 Package out on Delivery Still waiting for delivery. Called customer service Friday 13/12/2024 No Answer Called today 17/12/2024 put on hold for 20 min then call was dropped Redialled after 20 min, no answer Started chat with automated WhatsApp line, answered all questions, will be put through to first available agent, still waiting for answer. Now my messages are not even answered by the automated system. In other words your customer service SUCKS
Friendly staff, great vibe and excellent food. Always made to feel special there.
Now even closer tp me. They have moved to Waterford Office Park in Fourway. Friendly service and an ethical company.
I had to give them one star otherwise it would not let me write this review. It is a pity you do not have a negative rating as that is what they deserve. This is becoming quite frustrating, I have tried on numerous occasions to rectify this problem to no avail. The telephone at your branches is never answered, nor are my emails returned with even an automated reply. PLEASE COULD I HAVE SOME FEEDBACK ON THIS MATTER! I am querying the application for copy of a marriage certificate for a elderly gentleman Date of application : 19-12-2019 Cashier Receipt No : 39280026 It has been a year since he applied for this and has yet to receive it. This is required to finalise the estate of his late wife I am helping Mr. R with this matter as he is now disabled and unable to type or read emails. It is also very difficult for him to visit the Department on a regular basis and to spend countless hours waiting with no feedback regarding this application.
Excellent company to do business with. I found that Sue <Owner> is both knowledgeable and efficient in regard to SME tax and accounting matters. She helped registered my company, does my payroll, taxes and bookkeeping matters. Professional and personal service from the company.
How long does it take for a problem to be resolved by your "Customer care" department? Sure I submitted my initial complaint on the 24/12/2019 I received an automated reply "We've received your inquiry | 276848" on the 24/12/2019. Next was the Auto reply from noreply@pnp.co.za "Service Request Created" on the 30/12/2019 Last one was from customercare@pnp.co.za "1000095926 False and incongruent advertising" also on the 30/12/2019 I am a patient man, but it has now been a month since my query, must I create a twitter storm over this? Just because your management cannot advertise properly does not mean that customer care must do the same. When I said in my email to you that I do not expect a reply from you, I was being facetious, not literal.
Short and sweet. The department is totally useless. After four visits to try and register for UIF the systems are still off line intermittently and when they do work they only have one capture clerk to process registrations this process takes about 20 min for each one. So if you are not in the first 30 of the queue you have no chance of getting registered that day .... pathetic service.
Dear MTN please could you look into why your coverage in the Bedfordview / Morninghill / St. Andrews School for Girls area is so bad, in fact it is so bad as to be almost none existent. <br> <br> Last night at a function I lost about R 10 000-00 in missed sales due to the network jumping from G to E to 3G with no internet or no coverage at all. some clients even had to reboot phones due to them being unregistered on the network. ?#?networksucks?
Good service by the staff and my thanks to Gerald who took time out to show me the workshop and the steps taken to repair my car.<br> <br> And they even arranged to escort me to Avis rentals in Bruma to drop off the rental car and pick me up so that I could collect my repaired car.
