I ordered a Steak Burrito from the Epsom Downs branch, through Mr D. On the app, it was advertised as having rice, corn salsa, refried beans and sour cream. NONE of these ingredients were in my order. Instead, I received a burrito stuffed with potato chips. I cannot eat potatoes. No rice, no salsa, no beans, no sour cream, and lots of potato chips!
I used to be under debt review - a process aimed at helping and rehabilitating overindebted consumers. (my Husband passed away and left me with mountains of debt). I am now no longer under debt review and have NO debt whatsoever for more than a year now. Recently, I applied for finance from Wesbank and FNB, only to be told that I have 'a written off personal loan', and because of this, I will NEVER be able to obtain any type of finance from FNB/Wesbank, regardless of my affordability and good credit score. Regardless that I have a private account and a private banker. In fact, my Private Banker told me it will be easier for me to close all my FNB accounts and take my R1.5m p/a income to another bank, than to ever obtain credit from FNB, regardless of my good credit score and affordability. This means I will now not only need to move my personal account which has been in place for more than a decade, but also my Business Account at FNB. Is this really how FNB treat their loyal customers after a difficult time? Will I now be punished for the rest of my life by MY bank, which has a slogan of "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU". You're not helping me, you're indefinitely punishing me!
Why does none of the telephone numbers listed on your website work??? I urgently need a paid up letter for my account, yet I can't seem to get hold of anyone via the numbers listed. (Background: My DirectAxis Loan was sold to Lynn and Maine attorneys, I settled the account in full. In order for my risk rating to be adjusted at FNB, I need a paid up letter from DirectAxis, not Lynn and Maine. ) DirectAxis is part of FNB - why can't you communicate with each other? Why do I have to run after all these different departments that is all part of the same bank? I NEED MY RISK RATING IMPROVED, AND FOR THAT I NEED A PAID UP LETTER TO MY ACCOUNT WHICH HAS BEEN SETTLED IN FULL!!!! THIS IS BS.
I have been an FNB client for yeeeeaaaaars, and now that I need FNB, they are giving me the run around!! I settled ALL my debt, including my Direct Axis account (Which was sold to Lynn and Maine attorneys), but FNB refuses to update my risk rating from a 3 because I don't have a settlement letter from Direct Axis! FNB SOLD THIS ACCOUNT how am I supposed to now go back to Direct Axis for a settlement letter if they no longer have this account??? To make matters worse, NONE of the telephone numbers on Direct Axis's website work. I've tried them ALL. I feel like I am being punished here. Should I move my account to ABSA or elsewhere? I have provided ALL the settlement letters requested. Spent HOURS in your branches in the last week. When will FNB start doing what they're supposed to, as their slogan says, 'How can we help you?' You're not helping me, you're making my life miserable! I'm at whits ends here. Surely there's got to be someone more senior in the risk department who can talk to me?
I bought a bed from Rochester approx 17 months ago. The whole bed broke. Base collapsed and matrass is a mess to the extent that I now need physio. <br> <br> I logged a complaint with Rochester on Monday, and they sent me the email they sent to Sealy on Monday saying that I urgently need feedback as I'm getting out of hospital on Wednesday and need a proper bed. <br> <br> Well its now almost Thursday and I still have not had as much as a phone call. <br> <br> Do you honestly need 4 days to respond to a query??? <br> <br> I want a NEW bed. I had to borrow a bed after getting outof hospital today. REALLY????
My husband and I bought 3 pairs of shoes a week ago. Today I brought back 2 of the 3 pairs because they hurt my husband really badly! Not only did I not expect green cross shoes to hurt so badly, but was then told by the staff that we must wait till tomorrow when the manager is back 'because the shoes had been worn and they cant resell it'. WHAT?? You cant refund me unless you can resell my worn faulty shoes?? And you cant refund me because you blame me for a manufacturing issue? Rediculous!!!!!! I will never buy from you again lest I buy someone else's returned shoes!! Customer experience a total fail!!!
