I have the worst experience with herotel now they’ve introduced a whatsup help line and you select your town but sadly a town like Middelburg is not there. The connection is very poor I pay for 0
Last year I changed my banking details and I gave them but 4'months down the line they told me that I owe them R2442. On the 4th of february 2016 I made payments via atm and I faxed the slip to them. Now when they have to reconnect the account they make me to hold for hours and tell me theyll call back but they never call back.
I had an investment with african bank. I phone in end of november to because of the 32 days notice period they promise that my money would be paid in end of january. Still havent received it.
I had a default on my woolworths account and it was handed to mbd. They called me and we arranged payment and i did pay the account in full and ask for a settlement letter but they never responded. Now i cant clear my name because of this account. Please help
Our servise with telkom has been faulty for more than 2 months we have been reporting the fault since then each time they tell us they will be sending a technician but nothing happens and we paid for the line.
