I phoned nedbank today at 14:18 and spoke to a male by the name of Nkululeko who did not assist me with the problem that I have with my home insurance and what an attitude he gave me like I did not know what I was talking about so m wondering what type of people nedbank is employing who can't assist us knowing quiet well that what I wanted assistance with cannot be done at their branches.
I have been with Vodacom network for quite some time but recently I am struggling to cancel most of my unused data . I have for several times phoned them as the outlets in Soshanguve, kollonade and Mabopane were unable to assist me so I contacted their call centre and for several times they said they have removed some of the things I don't need in my contracts but come month end I again have that huge bill . this time Vodacom has really disappointed me and I can't cancel those contracts as I can't afford to pay for the hand sets that I received.

I recently bought a Tombstone at this company they started to give me a run around on Oct last year when they did not erect the Tombstone on the promised date.i went to their offices in Soshanguve requesting a refund as they were unable to erect the stone .the next thing I went to their offices in January this year to my surprise their office was closed without any communication or their new address where they relocated . Dikgale Tombstone is a scam people be careful.
I m very disappointed with the way they handled my complaint, I traded the car which was fitted with their tracker and phoned them to cancel it nobody ever told me about the letter of change of ownership that was about 6months ago then 2weeks ago they phoned me to say I owe them R600 I queried this and the consultant said he will come back to me but to my surprise yesterday morning I was phoned very early in the morning by a rude consultant who said I now owe R700.
I have a personal loan with Nedbank,they withdrew an amount they claim as outstanding from an account that I did not authorise them to deduct from.The loan is paid through FNB but they deducted from my Nedbank account,I was not informed of this deduction and did not authorise it.this is beyond bad service
