I have been trying to close my account for the last 8 months and I have lost my 2FA. But to get someone to assist me to close it does not exist. I keep going around in circles and now they are sending me invoices that i refuse to pay. I have not use there services for almost a year.
I wanted to have the unreal breakfast at the Fig tree spur in PE. I don't eat pork and asked if I can swap the beacon for mushrooms. they refused. In East London I get mushrooms but in PE not very friendly or accommodating. Will be the last time I eat at a spur in Port elizabeth.
I was notified a month ago that my new business card would be delivered. Then I had a date and time set. 25th to be delivered. that came and went. then i contacted fnb and they said they would deliver my card to bank and I have been waiting for a sms to let me know when the card arrives. Today I contact fnb and they tell me that the card should have been delivered. So does any one know their A from their elbow. Sageone Accounting Support sucks. they dont even have a phone number and they take more than 24 hours to respond and there response is child like.
