I called Vodacom cancellation department to cancel one of my contracts that comes to an end at on 27.02.2026. I spoke to a consultant whose name is Nokukhanya Dlamini who told she is unable to cancel my contract because I didn’t want to listen to her telling about discounts I can get from the contract. She claimed she couldn’t cancel my contract because I’d get a penalty then she changed and said she couldn’t cancel do it because she is getting an error on her side. I think the consultants are not adequately trained and lack problem solving without being emotional. As it stands my contract has not been cancelled and I don’t want it but Vodacom is not willing to assist.
I called iwyze after I had received a reviewed insurance policy for my vehicle on the 30/08/2022 and no one took my call, I sent a request for call back and they didn’t respond. Today on the 12/10/2023 I received another reviewed policy with a different amount. So I called the insurance for clarity, the consultant called Lebogang Mokoena told me that the two reviewed policy are not the same , one is for excess and the one is premiums, so makes no sense. I then request him to do a review for me on my premium then he says there’s nothing he can do, the consultant did not even do a security check to verify if he was talking to the correct person which means he could easily divulge my information to anyone who simply has my id number because that’s what I gave him. We spoke for 9 mins with me asking questions and him answering. When I request him to do a review for me he said he had nothing for me and asked him how he knew he had nothing if hasn’t even ask me all the question that relates to my schedule and he hasn’t even asked me security questions for verifications. He said he did that on his own while I was talking to him. Iwyze is a horrible insurance company. I bought my car 5 years ago, 5 years later they still expect me to pay the same amount money for premiums that I payed when the car was still new. The consultant justifies payment of high premiums by comparing it to a loaf of bread. What type of nonsense is that.
Such bad service, I was told my package would be delivered today but it wasn’t, when I called the Ram Polokwane, they told me they did not ship out my parcel because the parcel are not balancing(don’t know what this means) I offered to collect my parcel since I want to use tomorrow they refused. If delivering of parcels is based on balancing why do you then give a delivery date of you not certain of the delivery date. Person on the phone didn’t seem eager to assist and was very rude and could hear her scan while talking to me.
Bought Canon Lp6nh batteries on on the 07/09/2022 up to this day have not received my batteries, they don’t care to inform on why delivery is delayed, the contact person is rude and keeps making empty promises. They hang up on you while still talking and they don’t have a walking store only operate online which makes difficult to trace them
I WAS GIVEN GREAT SERVICE AND I GOT A GOOD PREMIUM RATES COMPARED TO THE 1 I INTIALLY HAD.
