App**** for a loan, got approved, they decided to open a global credit union Bank account for me without my concent and they deposited the money there, can't access the money from that account because of never ending verifications processes which needs money on every step, lost almost R70k trying to verify my account. My money is stuck there , lifeguard can't even help they just advise me to make payments in order for me to get my money to be successfully transferred into my bank account..they kept on telling me it is the last verification and out of desperation I fell for their trick.they will never help you
I bought Russell Hobbs Ideal Temp RH1007 Iron last year may at Makro centurion.,early this it stopped heating and i took it Makro to get it fixed,it took me a month to get it back.It has started again to not heating this week. I went to Makro and i was told it is no longer under warranty. I am so disappointed with the product such Russell Hobbs, now I have the iron that doesn't even have 2 years and pricey not working at home.what must i do?as i was advised that russell hobbs its a good brand but am experiencing this!!
I bought a philips Iron in 2016 at Click,and it stop working.I took it back to Clicks Forrest Hill centurion(February 2018) since it was under warranty to get it fixed.according to clicks, they took it back to philips to get it fixed, the next thing i get a call that i have to pay R75 to get a quote , and i rejected the amount,cause it does not make sense for me to pay something that is under warranty and to get just a quote????then i asked them to leave it if they cant fix it and bring it back to me.So yesterday 02 May, i get a call from Clicks telling me to pay R70 for rejection????My iron is not fixed but i have to pay before i can get the iron that i bought back,in other words they want ransom from me to get my own iron back..... YOUR SERVICE IS SO BAD, I DID NOT GET THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT STATE THAT I HAVE TO PAY YOU FOR REJECTING...I WANT MY IRON BACK,they gave me the name and number of a person(Ronelle) I should call, but those numbers ********** are not working, how the hell am I going to get my iron back..
Discovery Insurance is ripping people off on car insurances. My Husband was involved in a car accident. the car was not badly damaged, but they decided to write off my Car since it will cost them more to fix it. I was told the engine is damaged.<br> To my surprise the retail value of the car has depreciated to R53 900 in November 2015 but when check documents on the system, it shows that my retail value is still R54 900,I asked the claims Administrator why it is not updated on the system, she told me it is my responsibility to update the retail value of the car with them every now and then.it means I was gona keep on paying insurance with them only to find out I will not get value of my money.Another thing that am not happy and impressed about is, am not going to get the whole amount ,they deducted R4000 from the Money that am supposed to get . They told me it is for the old damages on the car that the next person who will be buying the car that has been (WRITTEN OFF) to fix it. I don't understand why do i have to pay them to fix the car that they are going to sell on their behalf. they might as well fix the car since I insured with them and give it back to me,
