We registered our daughter with Masterstart in January 2019. We paid 31/01/2019 - R4000, 25/02- R4000, 25/03- R4000 and 25/04- R3997. We communicated with hello@masrterstart.com, jihadvanrooyen@masterstart.com. When you want to register they are so quick to do it and take your money. My daughter did all assignments online and past all. The problem came during graduation. They sen us from pillar to post to date. Try to register in masterstart you will see. I suspect they are a scam, pleae help. 083 415 4059.
I did online order on the 27th November, till date I received nothing. I went to offices 3 times and called more than 5 times. Just promises.
I have been ill informed by on air, I have two decoders and two dishes of DSTV that I am paying in total R198. Somebody calls me at on air and tells me that on top of R198 I will only pay R40 and total of R238. I only realised when they have changed decoders that its a new contract altogether, meaning I pay R198 and R238 and have 3 dishes. And 24 months contract for that matter.
A recruiter or a a marketer sold me two explorer with false information. The way I understood him is that I am going to pay R40 more on what I am paying currently which is R198 + R40 = R238, only to find out that its on top of R198 and I am paying this for 24 months. When I queried and requested for the recording they only give me what they call review. i insisted to get a recording or speak to a manager and I was promise they will respond within 72 hours which has lapsed and I am now receiving threats that if I don't pay they will hand me over. I struggled to terminate the contract. Since January 2017 I haven't used. As we speak its still in the non working IPAD.
I bought two bicycles and when I opened them in Christmas, one bicycle had no paddles and I returned on the 26th December and I was told they we're sold out and I could not afford a more expensive one and they put paddles. The same day paddles were coming off and I fixed them and they kept on coming back until I decided to take it back and asked for my money. I was told I couldn't get my money back due to return policy that I was not made aware off when I bought the bicycle. I was just told to keep my receipt. They called the supplier who said they will come and asses the bicycle when they come to Bloemfontein and they will come back to me. I went there on the 11th January and till date I haven't received a call. Store On the customer repair copy HC03 number 0393 not even constant numbers. Their numbers appearing on the receipt though is 051 4006400.
