I returned a Rizzen tablet that packed up after 4 months. I was told they have to order spares which will take up to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I was informed that it is not repairable and they will replace it..a week later I enquire when I was going to receive the replacement and was told that the apologies but they are in the middle of stock taking. It’s now week 5 and nobody responds to emails and I am still sitting without my tablet. The consumer needs to be told that when they buy one of Rugged’s products from Takelot,Game,Makro or any of the big outlets that god forbid it breaks down you will be forced to accept this 3rd world service..in reality..if you sell **** and it packs up,just replace it. Stop with the months of nonsense.
I listed my vehicle in the afternoon and was informed the auction would take place the following afternoon. My vehicle was sold hours before the auction at the price I wanted. Amazing
Makro Germiston reference 2728845 customer reference 53650345 Good Day, I purchased a Kreepy Krauly Dominator pool cleaner on the 18th September 2019. This was a replacement for a previous Dominator that packed up out of warranty. I spent R1999.00 just for the replacement head. This item has ceased to work properly and as it is still within the 2 year warranty period I returned it to be repaired on the 9th of August 2021. Within 10 days I received a call from your returns manager (Elizabeth) who informed me that Kreepy Krauly wanted R1600. to repair the unit. I refused the quotation on the grounds that it is still under warranty and it is beholden on Kreepy Krauly to repair it.. I was informed that someone from Kreepy Krauly would contact me. It is now the 30th August and I have not heard anything. I am an unemployed senior citizen living off my wife's pension and I am not going to become a victim of some obscure policy that negates the warranty. I requested that Makro who sold me the product in good faith makes enquiries as to the status of my repair.I also requested that if it is in the negative I would like Kreepy Kraulys response in writing on their letterhead with the signature of whomever is in charge to be sent to my e-mail address above. How does a huge company like Makro allow their suppliers to unilaterally negate warrenties?
I recently discovered an amount of R136 coming off my account as a debit order. On investigation I discovered it belonged to 24 hour mobility cellphone insurance. This policy was taken out in conjunction with a contract with MTN for an I phone 5 this contract was cancelled on completion over 4 years ago. At no time did they ever issue me with insurance documentation or any correspondence as to annual renewal. I informed my son who also has MTN contracts and Lo and behold he found he had been paying R 128 a month for an old IPhone 6 that he gave up 4 years ago I blame MTN for not cancelling all items pertaining to a cancelled contract including the insurance. I further blame 24 hour mobility for an almost criminal act of removing funds monthly from customers whose contracts had expired years ago. There is simply no excuse as the onus is on the insurance company to issue renewal notices and insurance documents. Check your debit orders and don’t be surprised if you find these thieves quietly milking your account every month.
I have been waiting since the 4th December 2018 for Telkom and Vumatel to get my fiber connected.No-one at Telkom 10210 has a clue on what to do. No-one will take responsibility to solve the problem and every day its a new person on the line and you have to explain all over again. The last ref ********** 1 was the closest they came and now it states it is RESOLVED and nothing has been done. Why sell a product if you have no clue how to install it? The free Telkom modem has been billed to me on my account at R900. They have no clue what they are doing
