I have been struggling with connection issues with the company for a few months while the neighbours used the same line provider but different ISP had no issue. Then I decided to rather cancel and move to another ISP. More then a month after I told them that I am switching to another ISP they still won't release the line. This is affecting my work and income. From below standard support to having a sore looser attitude, this really one of the worst ISP's I have ever been with and will not recommend to anyone.
I have a Check account with FNB that was deducted with more the half of my salary and their reason is that I app**** for Sequestration. This was not applicable to FNB as this was done in 2017 after 7 now they want to take my salary and leave me in a bad debt review. This is not acceptable and I will held FNB liable for any and all extra fees that is charged to my name and account due to this. I tried to speak to some during the week and was told they have sent a mail to the responsible representative and she will contact me back as soon as possible.... Still waiting and no call backs. When I called again I have been sent from pillar to pillar and the one side said they do not see any debt review status on my account even when I indicated that the Checking department indicated that I was under Sequestration. This is not acceptable for something that has been done so long back and not even a communications mail was sent to inform about the situation. For someone also working on Call Centre it is not always possible to answer a call and then a mail needs to be sent before action can be taken! My Current account fees was up to date and then they do this making me in Bad Debt, they will pay me my money back and all the extra fees going along with this!!!
This place freeze your account when you just start and then accuse you for fraud, when you send them a support request there is no indication that the ticket is being attended to or that anything. You send another request the second one gets closed directly but still no reply on the first one. There is no customer service on this site
This is real bad service when you pay for a 10mb line but you only get a speed test of 0.62 or maybe with luck 2.3 and on top of that you ask numerous times to rectify the debit order and then the want to switch you off for there neglect for not completing the change after they promised that this should not be an issue again. Then they still expect that you work on a bad line as "the tower is over crowded". You can try to call but will only get hold of someone after an hour or two and then they can't assist then you get put on hold again, that is even if you are lucky to get hold of someone.
Ive asked for a installation and it was confirmed with the dispatch department that there will only be there UNTIL 11:00 in the morning and was confirmed that the tech should be finished before that time. The tech called just before 11:00 and said the install will tech +- 2hours. That time was was to late and then was told some will be coming the next day. When I called them nothing was updated and I need to call every time to receive any feed back on what is going on. Each note that I give to them they do not update on the system. If this is not installed by 13/12/2018 on ordernr ********** 20 Iam want all my money back and Telkom can get their bonus money from other people the will wait for **** service.
I have did an upgrade for an Iphone XR 64gb, during the upgrade no one informed me that there is no stock. Fine we can forget but then when i called the second time they said it will arrive on 16/11/2018. After I called to confirmed then i was told that the stock will only be in on Monday. This is really bad service specially when the whole thing started not being told there will be no stock available. even when the sites states that there will be next day delivery after confirmation of accept-ion. You still have to wait more than a week for any service.
<p>I have been emailing the abuse centre and they have the not been able to assist me or to direct me to the correct deparment that can sort out a Honey Trap on a Business email that keeps sending a autoresponse to all mails that gets send TO this email. This has nothing to do with receiving emails on this email or sending an email!! I await your reply for more details</p> <p> </p> <p>This was sent 6 (six) times to the abuse and the keep asking me (IT Consultant for the Company) irrelevant questions after I did ran virus scans and checked the webmail and outlook for auto responses, that there was non, and it still gets spin around to not being able not to send or receive. Customers are getting scared to send mails to the company as they don't want to get viruses or lost information due to if it is harmfull.</p>
On the 17-12-2015 I logged a ticket on the website of Telkom to get a Uncapped LTE Special on the website but did not receive any response. I went to the branch in Fourways Crossing on 22-12-2015 and was told that the it is only a website application and they wont be able to help me and then gave me the support for customer care, that I can understand but when I called they started to pass the bucket and sending me from one side to the other where no one can help me. After talking to about the 17th person I was told that they will leave a call back at the correct person in the LTE department, I am STILL waiting a month later with no reply even from my first ticket.
