Bought a mirror with a factory defect. I was told that I took too long to let them know n they won't exchange it or refund me. Then the further said the mirror is supposed to be like that. The trim of the mirror has a gap and I am not happy with that. Before sending them an email I went to the store to try and return it and they refused to take it. They said the return should be done online cos that's where it was bought

I am having a big problem with mtn I was happy with the service till now. I am on contract and my account is capped suddenly my invoice shows that I owe 809 where as I pay 500 PM I've been with you guys for almost 2 years paying the same amount I called in 4 times explaining my situation but still got no help. last call ref ********** 44 all the other called got cut off while I was explaining. I was told I have somthing on my account enabled and which i never requested they are telling me they cannot see when it was requested but it's there now and I must have done it... I need assistance to get this fixed I cannot pay for somthing I didnt request.
So as most of you know I got married last week Saturday. My deco was done by Shubone I paid for everything well in advance the owner Kay promised me the wedding of my dreams instead it was a disaster. Deco was supposed to be done at 11 and at 10:30 she was no where to be seen ? we called and called no answer. After a while she answers saying she is bathing and I shouldn't worry she has team they will be done before 11 When the team of 4 people arrive at 11:20 okay fine. I go to her and give her a piece of my my mind. Lady says ull shout at me later ✋with an attitude. I mean I paid her In full mind you. So I let her be as long as it's my dream deco rite!! Wrong, she didn't bring the 12 pieces of carpet I paid for she brought 3 for the space, only the front tables were covered .the stretch tent I hired wasn't the one she brought it didn't fit the people and the entrance we discussed was non existent ,it wasn't there . The utensils 70% rusted couldn't be used. She didn't bring anything to decorate the stage I had to get my material and decorate the stage. my brother had to go and buy 2 wooden fences to make it look nice. I asked her for dance floor and no dance floor to be seen. We hired 10 extra tables she bought 6. All her chairs were dirty. Then she charged me a cleaning fee she didn't clean anything my family cleaned in area. We did a walk through of the area so she can see what I want.I paid for everything but nothing was done as discussed. I called the lady about refund she tells me we stole her stuff ? but she cannot say which. I asked her to send me a list one week later still waiting for it. She is unprofessional and she treated me like she was doing her a favour.Till today she doesn't answer my calls or reply to my messages about refund. KAY Ruined my wedding. My once in a life time. I can never get it back I REGRET... Do not use shubone for any of your events please spread the word.
I am not satisfied with service received from Vodacom these past months.<br> <br> It seems every time I take my phone in for repairs it does not get fixed. I have taken my phone in 4 times for the same problem and the 4th time booking my cellphone in, Vodacom repair sent the phone to the advance center - but problem still persist. I was informed the motherboard of my phone has been replaced and its new but it still has the same problem. I haven't had a proper functioning phone from September and its January now.<br> <br> I sent Vodacom escalations an email and According to Divan from Vodacom \This is the 1st time that the device has been booked in according to the system."i gave him all of my references and still he told me that the same phone that cannot be repaired is at Fourways repairs and i should test it Again.
