While am sure that wirulink has a great team behind it, my recent experience still unresolved has left me very frustrated. I moved house and requested that my installation be transferred to a different house in the area, to date there is still no connectivity called on the 14th of May for assistance and the technician even requested that install team which I did and he connected remotely but could not fix the problem, a call back was promised none was received, I called again the following day and could not get assistance, Sunday 19th May still no connectivity and am told the network is down and will take up to 48hrs to be resolved by Vumatel meantime whatever the problem was has still not been resolved and I attempt to explain this to the new technician over the phone to no avail. Meantime Wirulink has since sent an email to the effect that the service has been installed and activated...……...PHI014
I sent my car in for a stone chip repair on the bonnet, a simple enough job. However on repairing it the guys did not cover the grill and then i got over-spray on the grill. I contacted them and they said they would fix it, i agreed to send it back when they do another minor repair on the front spoiler. This being a new grill i had fitted in a less than 3-months before and paid out of my pocket average cost for the grill R9000 and to get the over-spray off they damaged, the grill now the new grill has scratch marks all over and looks horrible. And to add salt to injury they broke the supports holding the front spoiler and tried to glue them back (another horrible job) claiming they were loos before and they were doing me a favor, the supports were not loose the broke them trying to take off the front spoiler and besides had they been broken they should have contacted me and i put a claim through (that's why we have insurance) but instead they tried to cover up their poor workmanship with more disastrous consequence. the facts speak for themselves...
Premium service 101 from Triston Moodley at Momentum short-term insurance, go team Momentum

From the 1st of June 2016, i have been trying to open an account with ABSA, a month later all i have is an account number and no real way to transact from this account, for a supposedly premium service this is very unacceptable. My name is Robert Phiri and the private banker who was assisting me went by the name of Sheperd Mkhize. I have since requested that the account be closed will trying opening one with another bank, i suspect am not the only one to face this predicament at ABSA.

On the 5th of December (Saturday) i met with the school principal and some members of staff during an open day. I was assured a place and enrolled my son for grade 1 and was given a welcome pack and advised to make payment and start going through the welcome pack to get the necessary supplies for schools opening.

I paid the deposit on the 7th of December (Monday) morning, which was discounted by the school to R1600 because i had enrolled during the open day only to be told later that day that there was no longer any place available. I requested a re-fund as the reason for the deposit was to enroll on the place which had been reserved for us, as had been promised on Saturday. And seeing as this had been withdrawn the school was in effect in breach of said agreement.

I was promised a re-fund but the school proceeded to employ a combination of delay tactics until last week Friday (15 January 2016) when i was informed that there was a place for him and should i not take it up then the deposit became non-refundable, we want our re-fund as the school got our deposit under false pretence.
