It’s been 2 years since I joined the one distribution plan with Fix Ir Credit and there is only more interest accumulated on my accounts. Non payments after non payments , no communication from my so called personal consultant. They choose to communicate with you when it suits them. When you call the landline , no one is available, they only use WhatsApp and email. Creditors hounding me everyday for payments 2 years later. They promise you the world to sign up and then ignore you. I’m done with this nonsense and rather pay my debt myself.
I purchased two pairs of sneakers, which was delivered on the 30th December 2024. I immediately noticed that the one pair was the wrong size and emailed them to schedule a return/exchange. On the 2nd January 2025 I followed up as a courier had not collected the item yet. On the 6th January the courier finally collected it. I’ve been following up every few days since then with this company and there’s no updates or acknowledgement of my emails. I even asked for the tracking number so I can monitor the delivery myself but received no response. I’m really disappointed and wish I’d spent my money somewhere else.
Not happy with their service. They took over my debt review in July 2023 and have not paid my creditors. I struggle to get updated distribution statements. I only received one in September which clearly showed no payments were **** to creditors. I’ve asked several times and there’s no response from their finance department or the agent I’m dealing with. Feels like a ****.
Dealing with Mweb has been an absolute nightmare. I installed a fiber line which has been so disappointing. I feel like I should have stuck to ETL because this fiber line connection is so inconsistent. Poor internet connection and quality. I have tried several times over a period of one year to have this sorted but it’s a nightmare trying to get hold of their technical support or even getting a call back. They have no courtesy whatsoever. Now that I want to cancel and move to another ISP they tell me I can’t cancel??!!! What??? This is ludicrous!!!! I have consumer rights and I’m taking legal action.!!!!
I ordered from Steers via the Uber eats app. Due to social distancing the order was dropped off and never checked by the driver before he speed off. When I opened the package I realized that it was the wrong order and immediately logged for help via the app. One hour later I still didn’t receive a response so I called Steers but all they said was sorry and they’ll let Uber eats know as well. The next morning I received a response from Uber eats with sorry but we can’t offer a refund or good gesture and closed the complaint. What kind of customer service is that?? I’ve been a loyal customer of Uber eats since they started out and this is what I get in return??? I’m very disappointed in whatever they call that because it’s definitely not service and disgusted in their response to me and I will certainly not recommend Uber eats to anyone ever. I’m done with UberEats Good bye!!
I received a promotion on the dstv app to upgrade my package. I paid the difference and I’m still waiting for the upgrade. I called the call center three times and no one I spoke to could help me. They escalated my issue but still no resolution. No one bothers to call back or send any form of update on my issue. I have now spent money upgrading and still not able to view any channels. Secondly their agents needs some serious training on telephone etiquette. They giggle and spoke to their colleagues about unrelated topics while I was placed on hold. Very unprofessional and I’m extremely disappointed in this zero star service
Almost two weeks ago I ordered two devices from vodacom via their online facility. Both devices were supposed to be upgrades on two of my existing contracts. Firstly they delivered the devices to the wrong address, after i confirmed the correct delivery address with the agent via telephone. Secondly I had to call back to vodacom to arrange for the devices to be delivered to the correct address. Thirdly only one device was delivered and to top that it wasnt an upgrade on an existing contract but they added a new contract to my profile. I requested the device to be collected and the new contract to be cancelled. When I followed up four days later the agent told me that no pick up was scheduled. I am furious about this whole process and I will definitely not be upgrading or renewing any of my contracts with Vodacom. I will be cancelling one by one as the end of my contracts draw closer to the end dates. Very very bad customer service I am not impressed!
Today 20 jan 2016 i figured out that my account has been suspended after trying to make a phone call.<br> This is the second time this happens. The first time about 2 months ago the same thing happened and the operator told me that someone called in to report my phone stolen or lost. My account is paid up to date and i have not called in to report any bad activity regarding my account or cell phone. The first time i also requested that my statements be emailed to me and it has not been. Now I dont have the necessary information to pass the security questions to activate my account again. My statements are still going to my ex inlaws address!!<br> I am very very upset about this situation!! How can I just leave this matter like this??!!<br> Vodacom needs to jack up their security when people call in to report lost phones etc<br> Im going to demand a recording of that conversation and im going to take it further with the SAPS!!
