My valuation certificate was ****** and I urgently needed a new one for insurance purposes - Amelia went out of her way to get hold of it and Tristan kept me calm when I got aggitated an frustrated as the systems was off - They did it in the time frame required! Thank you guys - Lindy
<div>Sooo we finally got engaged on Saturday evening - One of my diamonds in my ring got lost between Saturday and Monday. Tristin and Amelia went completely out of their way to get me a new ring before Christmas weekend - as they could prove it was not our fault - I handed in the faulty ring Tuesday and Wednesday before 12:00 - I had my ring! <p>Vodacom is the most pathetic service provider... this will ne the second time that I have to pay R5000 + due to their staff being completely and utterly incompetent... they advise me I recieve an sms and email 15/11 to advise my data is finished... I never recieved either.., Now I am the idiot who has to pay the bill and they can not even tell me when I used the data!!! WHAT a joke... Time to cancel 9 contracts for my family... What a way to treat customers being on the network for 10+ years</p>
<p>We had a bad case off damage to our house and appliamces due to lightning. I phoned my broker and she asked Discovery Insure to contact me. They allowed me to picky providers and never hesitated to assist me. If I recieved a message that payment will be made in 48-72 hours the money was reflecting right on time. Everything that needed to be replaced was done within a week. Even when we realised about a week later that there was more electrical damage they did not hesitate to pay my claim. I just want to thank Preyalen Moodley for het quick response to my emails and keeping me up to date every step of the way.</p>
Payment for a John Deere tractor was made 19/01/2016. Delivery was promised first for Friday 22/01/2016 then for today Monday 25/01/2016. My emails is not replied and when I phone the phone gets dropped! I am off to the police to lay charges!!!
