<p>I was looking to purchase the Neotel DataCard/ Black ****le and the wireless F261 landline. Since I have been in contact with many Neotel consultants I had no problem with any of they, tehy were friendly, they took the time to expalin things and they all helped me to find out the best product to get.</p> <p>After making a decision on what to get, I called multiple stores. I was told that the landline was out of stock at the moment. I understood that. However when it came to the data card I had intially gone to the store in Cedar square since I has some work to do acound the area. I receieved bad services the people there didnt even want to help me or answer my questions, they were rude. When I walked in a lady was already fighting with them. But thats was none of my business. After asking what i wanted I was told to call first before I come the next time.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few weeks down the line I called the store at cedar square to find out if they have stock of the datacard they told me they have stock and I was told what to bring and find out fistly if i have coverage. All was well on my side the following day I made time to drive 50Km to buy the data card. when I get to the store i was told that there was not stock.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now imagine how I am feeling after i called to confirm if there is sock, organised all the papers they required, driving so far and to find out all of that was a waste.</p> <p> </p> <p>I met another guy at the same time who also confirmed to find out of there is stock before he came. We found out that the person we is actually answering the phone is the guard who doesnt know the products that are being sold or if there is stock or not. He just tells everyone that there is stock and what the prices are.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly I find this absolutely disrespectful for consumers to be assistant in this way as they are inconvienced by the lack of incompetence in tjis store. The people did not even apologise for the inconviened they have costed me. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>I was approached by a agent from Gym company at Randburg Square and he informed that I can join the gym, I at first refused into filling in the form but he insisted that I should just fill in a form and I will only confirm it when I come and collect a tag which I never went to collect therefore I didnt confirm membership like he said I would. After a month they debited my account and I called them and explained to them that I did not know I had alraedy entered into a contract with them. So now they are saying I have signed up for A 3 YEAR CONTRACT which was chosen by the agent without my knowledge. So I requested to cancel my contract and now telling me to pay R1500 which I do not know where it came from and why. I HAVE NOT EVEN STEPPED A FOOT IN GYM COMPANY I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE IT IS LOCATED. Till this day they are debitting my account for something I did not consent to. I HAVE NEVER EVEN LIFTED A GRAM OF THEIR WEIGHTS.</p> <p> </p> <p>GYM COMPANY AND THEIR AGENTS ARE CRIMINALS AND THIEFS. They make their money through LYING TO PEOPLE AND GETTING THEM TO SIGN UP INTO CONTRCTS WHICH THEY CLAIM TO BE A PROMOTION OR A TRIAL WITHOUT EXPLAINING FURTHER.</p> <p> </p> <p>My contract which I supposlyed signed uo for should be invalid as the agent filled in parts that I did not therefore I did not consent to it.</p>
<p>This morning a metrobus driver almost ****ed people. This driver on Main Road Johannesburg was on the bus lane that is made with yellow or orange pipes. He then immediately moved from the bus lane, to the fast lane (which was empty) to the middle lane and he did not indicate that he wanted to turn left. The poor car that was on the middle trying to avoid and accident moved from the middle lane to the slow lane where I was driving. The bus driver didnt stop after we hooted and flashed him we had to hit dead breaks to stop and not drive into each other. The driver continued to move and turn on the next left turn onto Perthweg.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mean before you get drivers make sure they can drive and actually take care on the road and not be concerned with completing his lane. HIS DRIVING IS TERRIBLE.</p>
<p>I bought some item from this place, I paid and after months my goods were never recieved. This woman is a criminal as she posts pictures of items she is selling online and never sents the items that has been paid for. She ignores my calls now and her attitude is disgusting towards customers. She insults me for stealing my money. I want people to be aware of this woman and stay away from her. <p>Yesterday around 11-12, I went to Nedbank on 251 Kent Avenue Randburg (coner Republic and kent avenue) and the bank machine that prints tickets was not working so the guy at the front desk asked me to wait as he generates a ticket number for me i get ticket number 175. A white lady was behind me and got the ticket number 176, we both sit on the couches as we wait for the next availabled teller for deposits. The white man teller on counter 11 calls ticket number 173 no one is present, he calls 174 no one is present. The only people waiting to deposit was myself and the other lady. He looks at me and and looks at the her and as I am getting ready for him to call ticket 175 (my ticket number) he further looks at the her. He asks the lady whats your ticket number she says 176. He calls her up and I look at him and say excuse me they both ignore me, and he looks at me at the side of his eye with a look of guilt as he know what he is doing is wrong. After he severs her, he calls me up. When I get to the teller, he does not greet me, does not Acknowledge me and simply does the deposit and gives me my slip.</p> <p> </p> <p>FROM WHAT I KNOW NEDBANK HAS A 30 SEC ACKNOWLEGMENT UNLESS IT IS AT SELECTED BRANCHES.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have Never had such a problem with Nedbank, infact I have never had an issue with Nedbank. I opened my student account at nedbank, a personal account and a business account. I would hate for this one teller be the reason I switch to another bank. He needs to be approched for this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I live in Randfontein but recently moved to Randburg and believe I will not be returning to this one branch.</p>

<br> <br> Dear Nedbank<br> <br> I recently made a cash deposit into the wrong account via the atm on Saturday 23/01/2015. I was suppose to deposit it into a business account now the money which is R1500 has been paid to someone else. I would like to know if it is possible to reverse this transaction into a certain nedbank business account.<br> <br> <br> I would firstly like to know my chances of having this money transferred to the correct business account?<br> <br> I have went to the branch and they tried calling the person but the person is not answering her phone.
