When I was moving the movers who disconnected the washing machine pipe from the wall didn't switch the water off so as u can imagine water went everywhere. When I wanted to use my deep freeze in new place the lid was broken! And now, when trying to use my fan I see that its broken! The man also wrote, in black kokhi pen, a number on my furniture cabinet so I cant remove it. I know that all the above was working before the move. People please be careful about using this removal company. When I wrote my first review I got no response whatsoever.
I've been without wifi since Monday and it's now Friday. Ive spoken to numerous staff from vox but to no avail. Im feeling quite desperate as I can no longer cope without wifi. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY FIBRE BACK ? 3 PROPLE FROM VOX HAVE SAID THEYD GET FROGFOOT TO CALL ME TO MAKE APPOUNTMENT TO GET IT FIXED BUT NO CALLS!
I have tried for the last 2 weeks to cancel my contract with you but to no avail!!!! After finally speaking to a consultant on 082 1958 and being told that all was finalized and I'd receive an email to confirm cancelation I am still WAITING FOR THE FREAKING EMAIL.. ITS THE 2ND TIME!!!! WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL ABOUT SIGNING UP WITH VODACOM. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ****S AND CLEARLY DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL ANY CONTRACT!!!!
After buying a property through bibi from remax premier, I will never ever use your agency again. Now I know why agents, in general, have a bad reputation. Disillusioned does not begin to describe how I feel. People please be careful.

If I'd had known that I would not be able to return a product that broke within 4 months and not get a new one I'd never ever have bought a bennett read product! Bennett read your return policy sucks. I bought a liquidizer 4 months ago and it died on me. I returned it to game where I bought it and was told it had to be sent away to see what the problem was. At the end of the day it's your problem and I should have been given a replacement! What terrible customer service.
I had to cancel my accommodation with eleven river club in Plettenberg Bay. I gave them a week s cancelation notice and I wasn't refunded anything as they have a no refund cancelation policy. Please be careful about who u book with in case u have to cancel and receive no refund.
Be very careful about booking through booking.com. they support Airbnbs who have a no refund policy and do not respond to any emails, calls or messages if u have a issue. Shocking customer service.
Beware people, I had to make 2 cancelation bookings and no money was refunded, their new policy is that u loose your all your money !!!! I've tried for over 3 days to get hold of booking.com but to no avail. They don't respond to messages or emails and when u call their 'customer care' centre they say ull have to wait up to 20min for help! Shame on u booking.com! But I suppose u don't care as long as u and the resorts, Airbnb make money thru no money refunds if u cancel.
