WOW! Ordered 2 Oscar Classic juicers late Wednesday evening (one for us and the other for my brother-in-law) and both arrived on Friday morning Excellent delivery service.. We just love this juicer it works really well, completely happy with the purchase. The girls and I have been making juice every morning.. It's so easy to clean.. Would definitely recommend this juicer and EcoHub as the supplier
What rubbish support, are call center's not there to solve you problems? I accidentally typed the wrong number (mixed 2 numbers around) for a data topup on a data sim.. Once I realized this I called the call center to try and reverse this... what a waste of time... all they do I lie to you and make up stories. First I get told it will take 24 - 48 hours to resolve.. So I wait then after a week of waiting I call again to find out what is going on.. I get told to send a copy of my credit card statement as proof of purchase to selfservice@cellc.co.za, so I do with all the required info... and I wait some more.. I call again today and get told no I mustn't sent it to selfservice@cellc.co.za I must send it to customercare@cellc.co.za... WHAT??????? DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT REFUNDING A SIMPLE MISS ALLOCATION OF A TOPUP??????????????? SURELY THERE IS A SIMPLE PROCESS TO FOLLOW WITH SUCH REQUESTS, I CANT BELIEVE I'M THE FIRST PERSON TO TYPE THE WRONG NUMBER ON A TOPUP. IN ADDITION TO THIS I GET TOLD THIS IS MY FAULT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TYPED THE WRONG NUMBER!!!!!!! AND THAT IS WHEN I LOST IT WITH THE CALLCENTRE AGENT!! IT IS NOW THE 26TH OF THE MONTH THIS WAS RAISED WITH THEM ON THE 9TH I SPEND OVER R1500 A MONTH WITH THEM AND THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET???!!!!?!?!?!?!
I am hugely dissapointed in takealot... I have been a loyal customer for some time now... recently I had 2 items that were returned. I don't know what has gone wrong on their side but I have only been refunded for 1 of the returned items. After sending numerous mails I keep getting the same responce the refund had been processed and it will take a few days to reflect.... I have been waiting for over a month now and still nothing...
Pastel has apparently changed their licensing on their products. So you are now forced to pay renewal fees every year whether you want to upgrade or not.<br> <br> So for a small business you will pay around R3000 every year just to use their software.<br> <br> Rather go for something like ACCPAC or some other package that only charges you if you want to upgrade. After purchasing my house I was not informed about how to go about getting the rates and taxes moved over onto my name. <br> When I phoned and asked about this I was informed that the transfer could take over 3 months and, then the rates would be moved over to me after the transfer.<br> I phoned again and kept getting the same response that I should wait. <br> Today when I phoned the receptionist told me that I should have been informed that I needed to go in and open a rates account. <br> After getting upset with her she then said that I should have know better and should not have needed to be informed.<br> Instead of just apologizing for their lack of professionalism she continued to reprimand me for not knowing something that they should have informed me of.<br> <br> I am disgusted with the lack of professionalism in this company and will never make use of any of their services and would strongly dissuade anyone looking to make use of any services that they offer.<br> <br> They are quick to take your money but after that they don't give you any further service
