FNB has shown me nothing but incompetence and indifference. I’ve spent over R150 on airtime — bounced from one department to another by untrained staff, many of whom are rude and transfer calls without notice or explanation. The fact that I had to chase answers for basic service is unacceptable. This has been the final blow after years as a loyal client. I’ve already opened a Standard Bank account and will be closing my FNB account permanently. It's shocking how easily FNB drove away a long-term customer through sheer negligence and lack of professionalism. My issue remains yet unresolved

FNB doesn't seem to care about their customers. They are not even willing to try and assist. Very disappointing. Will be moving to a different bank.
I've had a great experience with them up until it came to moving addresses. I understand the delay is on the FNO's side but how can you not credit a client for service they are not receiving? Furthermore, why is there no push from HC to Link Africa? It's been 3 weeks since my request. I haven't used HC's internet since 23rd Feb and was advised that I won't receive credit for days lost. But if I had to activate early, of course I'd have to pay pro-rata. But they can't credit me pro-rata? Very one sided.
It's been 3 weeks now since I've app**** for a change of address and Link Africa has not called or installed my line at my new address. I work for an FNO and we do this within 48 hours. Such pathetic service!
