I had an amazing experience with Standard Bank, thanks to the outstanding service from Masechaba Mataboge from the head office. She called me to introduce the Sum1 account and was professional, informative, and patient in addressing all my questions. Her customer service was top-notch! When I went to collect my Sum1 account card at the Standard Bank Sandton City branch, Anthony Williams and Noluthando Sokhela provided exceptional service. They were friendly, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. Additionally, I’d like to commend Magauta (I didn’t catch her last name) from the same branch. Last year, when I needed to update my contact number, she went the extra mile to assist me. Her dedication and willingness to help made the experience hassle-free. The service is terrible. none of the numbers on their website ever go through. They don't respond on whatsApp. I couldn't even use my card at the doctor, I had to pay from my own pocket. I'm cancelling my account.

Yesterday there was a Tropica special where it was R100 for 2x10 which I bought. To my surprise when I got home the goods had expired and there was mold inside the juice. Firstly I don't understand why expired products are being sold. Secondly I sent and email info@devland.co.za and no has bothered to respond. I tried to call their office number and no one picks up. All I want is a refund, what am I going to do with 20 expired tropica juices
I went to kfc randburg square on the 24/12/2015, I stood in the line for about 10min because there was no cashier on site and the counters were dirty. I reported the matter to the call centre and I was told someone from the store will contact me within 48 hours. No one contacted me so I called the call centre again during the first week of January and till today I am still waiting for the store to contact me. I am unhappy with the service at the store as it is not the first time I am getting poor service. My reference number from the call centre is CAS-157304-G1Z1X5.
