Query on my police
Christopher Viljoen was super helpful and extremely professional. He called me immediatly after I sent an email. Dotsure has always had my back. Thank you Dotsure and staff!!!

UNSANITARY CONDITIONS
Die Vleiswinkel is a butchery that is situated in Protea Heights, Brackenfell, Cape Town. The butchery provides the public with quality meat. However, not one of the people working there used gloves for sanitary purposes. I was disgusted with how filthy some of the worker's hands were. They do not comply with the law. Then there are also some of them that does not cover their heads with netting. I will never buy there again. I will not compromise my health due to their lack of sanitary conditions.

Dr Corrie Botha Neuro Surgeon
Dr Corrie Botha lacks decent bedside manners but he is one of the best neuro surgeons in the country. He has been treating me for a herniated disc in my lower back. He does not make small talk but gets to the point immediately. He believes in conservative treatment before he decides on surgery. I would recommend him to everyone.

DOTSURE QUALITY
I have been with Dotsure for 7 years. They are the best insurance company in South Africa. Last year I went on pension and was not sure when my lump sum and monthly salary would pay out. I phoned Dotsure and they halved my monthly instalment to make sure that I am accommodated for 4 months. I was extremely impressed. I would recommend them to everyone. Excellent service, friendly agents that know their jobs and overall affordable!

*****ULANT TRANSACTIONS
In Aug 2023 Discovery (FGro) quoted my spous for house and car insurance. We declined the offer twice via email. Once on the 28th of Aug and again on the 30th of Aug. Suddenly they started deducting R2000 plus from her account. We never consented to the insurance or signed any documents. We made it clear that we are not interested. We have sent numerous emails to customer@fgro.co.za but they do not even have the decency to reply but are more than willing to take unauthorized money from our account every month. I will never recommend Discovery or FGro to anyone.

DOTSURE IS SIMPLY THE BEST!
I have been with Dotsure for a couple of years now. They have never let me down. They are professional, compassionate and loyal towards their clients. They are also efficient and trustworthy. I honestly believe that no other pet insurance can compare to them. If you are looking for excellent pet insurance, look no further!

UNFAIR PRACTISE
I took out a policy in good faith from Onespark after the agent assured me that I will be covered. I then went on to claim only to have my claim denied. I lodged a complaint that was sent to Guardrisk for, I assume, assessment. They never made contact with me to interview me and only sided with Onespark. Apparently does my opinion mean nothing to Guardrisk. Their practise is unfair and one-sided which also indicates a purely money-making scheme. I will now have to resort to legal aid. Please avoid Onespark and Guardrisk all together.

ONESPARK IS DISHONOUST
I was sold a disability policy by lying to me about exclusions and waiting periods. Now that I want to claim the policy fineprint suddenly differs. The agent that helped me promised me the moon and the stars. And they did not hesitate to take my money. They are sharks.
