I’d like to thank the store for eventually resolving an issue I experienced with a recent purchase. Thank you for resolving the situation. I hope future experiences reflect the high standards of quality and service associated with the brand.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from your store. I bought a Coach bag as a gift for my partner. Upon opening it, she immediately noticed several marks on the bag. Please note that the bag had been wrapped by the store at the time of purchase. We contacted the store promptly to report the issue and even visited in person. However, to date, we have neither received a replacement nor any form of communication or resolution from your team. This experience has been deeply disappointing, particularly given the brand’s reputation for quality and service. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed urgently. Please advise on the next steps regarding an exchange or refund.
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an ISP. Every time there’s an issue with the internet, communication is severely delayed, and resolution times are unacceptably long.I’ve now been without internet for two full days — during a critical time where I’m both working and writing exams. The lack of urgency and responsiveness is incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Surf4Life to anyone based on this experience.

When we app**** for property at Lion Pride Estate, one of the main attractions was the promised shopping center and the types of shops that were supposed to be available. However, it now feels like false advertising, as we’re being told that the shops will include stores like Roots and Shoprite, which was not what initially attracted me.
I purchased a T-shirt from Needmoneyza that features the text "Need money for Porsche." While the delivery was successful, I was disappointed with the size and reached out to request an exchange for a larger one. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from their team via email or on their Instagram page. This experience has been quite disappointing.
Surf4life should change their name to surf4dead never experience such a ****ty ISP in my life, Look they've experienced an outage since last night. This isn't the first time they've had such issues, and it's been challenging as it has disrupted both my studies and work, which heavily rely on a stable internet connection.
The bouncers at Rockets Menlyn are disrespected and bully. This past weekend I was assaulted while they were removing someone from the premises, when I was confronting them, they ganged up on me and pushed me out of the place. I tried to speak to the manager about it, but he was not helping. A celebration with my boys turned out to be a very bad experience. Rockets Menlyn is a nice place with great waiters, but the BOUNCERS AND MANAGER NEED TO CHANGE THEIR ATTITUDE.
I have received excellent and outstanding service from Tapiwa Mhlanga. He was so professional, caring and informative. The process was very quick. Thank you very much and keep up the great work Tapiwa.
