The worst service EVER!! Have NEVER experienced anything like this! I had an account with Cartrack which I cancelled. They informed me that I cancelled too late and that I need to pay one additional premium. This I did - sent them proof of payment numerous times. They then gave my details to a debt recovery company - Nimble. I sent them proof of payment numerous times! Still reflecting I owe money! PLEASE HELP - do not know how to handle such incompetency!!
I have rented a property in Bergtuin from Johnlee Properties for the last 5 years and can only attest to the highest quality of service received from the whole team. From signing the contract to handing over the property keys on my last day of occupation was only a pleasure. Wikus; Marguerite and all the other staff members went out of their way to assist and support me during the 5 years. Any problems reported to them was attended to within hours and I can only congratulate them on the level of customer service I have received from them. Also, regarding my deposit return everything went smoothly and I was re-paid in full although they could have deducted money from my deposit for certain faults. I am convinced that the key to our successful relationship was the communication between us – we were always able to talk to each other and prevent any potential challenges from becoming a big problem. To Marguerite, Wikus and Johan Rudman – THANK YOU! If ever needed again I will know whom to turn to and will definitely recommend you.
We have experienced problems with our TELKOM ADSL line / WiFi at home since 4 January 2016. We have reported this problem numerous times (more than 20 times!). Every time we will receive a SMS indicating that the problem has been sorted and that we should rate their service. Every time we rate them ZERO out of 10. We will then receive another SMS enquiring about the score we gave them and if we then indicate that the problem is still not sorted; NOTHING from Telkom!! We will also receive a SMS indicating that the service has been restored and that we should reply within 24 hours if this is indeed the case - if we then indicate NO - is not sorted NOTHING again from Telkom!! We have also complained via Facebook and Telkom did respond - they will contact us within 24 hours to resolve the problem - we are still waiting - approximately 500 hours later!! Wea re DESPERATE - we have never before exprienced any service like this before - NEVER BEFORE!!
