I purchased a new car and got a quote from my current insurance provider and a comparative quote from Outsurance. Outsurance offered the same cover, similar excess amount etc for almost 50% less. They also offered hijack and theft cover without the need for me to have a tracker at that time. The onboarding process was painless and smooth. The app is very user -friendly. Here's hoping to continued service excellence from them in future.
I've been with Platinum Life since 2010 and I've always received excellent service. My queries are resolved immediately, the consultants are friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. They go out of their way to inform and provide a solution. Phone and email communication is timeous. Really great service for the past 14 years!

I locked my keys in my car in the parking garage at work. Called the MiWay emergency line and was helped quickly and efficiently. A locksmith came out and helped me within an hour.
