I have made an order for a pair of shoes on 27 Decmber and made payment on the same day. However I have received no information on when I should expect delivery in spite of me emailing them with proof of payment. Could this be a ****?
I had to change my cars registration address. The person helping me went the extra mile by printing a document I had forgotten from an email. I had the new license in less than an hour. Thank you!
I opened a new cellphone contract with Telekom at Okovango on 16 January. I opted to also take a new P8 lite (2017). On the following that I can not sync this device with my Garmin fitness watch. I am able to do this with two other phones. I took the phone to the store where the assistant wasted 45minutes and was unable to pair the two devices. I was told the device is not faulty. Even though my ancient galaxy can pair but this phone can't. It's very upsetting that this phone clearly is not functioning properly but Telkom is not willing to take it back even though it is still in its seven day warranty.
I am a Gems member and am generally very healthy. <br> <br> I have been a gems member since Jan 2015.<br> In June 2015 I went to a dentist for a checkup. The bill came to R538.<br> Within days the dentist contacted me to say that according to the dentistry claims department I was not a member. it was discovered that the main medical aid had not sent my membership certificate to the dental department. They said they would correct this problem and process the claim. <br> In august I phoned again. My certificate still had not made its way to the dental claims department!!! Again they promised to rectify this error.<br> In December my dentist emailed me again to say that they still had not received payment. And now my medical aid said the claim would be processed as a late claim. Old claims where emailed as proof and they swore again it would be rectified.<br> <br> This month (Februaury) the dentist was notified that GEMS would not pay the bill would not be paid as a claim like it had been submitted in 6 month. I have only been to the dentist once!!!!!<br> <br> Today I have spent three hours trying to send the proof of submission to the primecure office again to process the claim. ONLY TO FIND THEIR EMAIL DOES NOT WORK!
I recently made the mistake of transferring my number from vodacom to cell c. I had taken a contract which included a Sony Ericson M4 Aqua. I initially had considerable difficulty activating the sim card. Which I thought was understandable considering that the contract had been taken out the week before christmas. 10 days after getting the contract I was eventually able to use the sim card. At this point I realised that the second sim port on my new phone was not working and that it was overheating with use. <br> <br> At this point my new phone was sent in for repairs (as the 7 day warranty had lapsed). I was rather saddened to discovered that due to \abuse\" of the second sim port. (I had put a sim card in the wrong way round once). The entire bill was rated as a repair and not a factory fault. I eventually got a qoute and was able to submit a claim in the end of february. I am now trying to track my claim and simply cannot get hold of the call centre. (In spite of holding on the line for over 15min waiting for an answer to my call)<br> <br> This has been a very frustrating process. I am considering finding a way of terminating the contract."
