I recently changed from LTE to Fibre and upon changing, I advised that I had already paid for the month on my LTE. A consultant called me and advised that as soon I am live on the fibre connection, I can call and ask for a refund which will be routed to cancellation to do an immediate disconnection. This was two weeks ago and it is yet to be done. I reached out on the WhatsApp line and today I’m told that it cannot be done and it’s set to be disconnected on the 1st of May. What upsets me about this lack of inconsistency is being told different things when I specifically followed what I was told would happen. I cannot say I’ve had problems with Mweb before but honestly this is disappointing and I will have to look for other alternatives if this is the service I have received
We would like to appreciate Junaid from the Woodmead Branch for coming through for us when we had started to lose hope whether our query would be resolved. From the first point of contact when we received his call, he kept us up to date on the progress of our request and ensured that we were assisted promptly. My husband cannot not stop talking about the work they did on the rims and how Junaid went over and above the call of duty. We need more people like this
My husband took two rims to be repaired at Tiger Wheel & Tyre Strubens Valley. To our surprise, we received an email notifying us that the one rim would be s****ped because they were unable to repair. This is after they did some welding work on the rim. The explanation given was that because of previous work done on the rim, they are unable to stop a leak and a new rim would have to be purchased. Firstly when the two rims were taken in, they did not say that they wouldn’t be able to repair it if work was already done previously. Secondly they mention that they have done some welding on the rim and could not stop it from leaking air. How are you not able to stop it leaking but when the rim was sent in, it did not have a leak. Lastly they say we need to purchase a new one, at whose cost because certainly they cannot expect it from us seeing that they failed and in their failure, we now sit with a leaking rim. We responded to their email requesting answers and received no response back. We have also not received our rims back and they have been sitting with them for weeks now. We are frustrated and quite frankly upset about this situation and to leave us with no answers is unprofessional and unbecoming for an establishment like this. Very disappointed in them. Imagine my surprise when I find that there was a debit order initiated on my account by Finchoice. That time my debit order date is set for the 20th and the 20th isnt even a public holiday so they have basically charged me a week in advance. I have not made arrangements for this debit order as it’s only due next week. Honestly I had no issues with this company prior to this but now I’m mad. This is going to show as an unpaid against my name. I am going to pay off my loan and never take anything from them again if this is how they do business.
I was charged on my credit card for a booking to C & C hotel vibes Randpark Ridge however I received no confirmation email of such booking. I called the establishment and they have no record of my booking either. I have tried to contact them regarding my refund both via email and telephonically with no kind of help whatsoever. Instead they keep wanting additional information on email which I have provided and they responded with another email wanting the very same information I gave them. I want my money refunded immediately

The phone just rings and at one point, someone picked up and hung up immediately. If we had known that this would be the service we would receive, we would have gone with a different insurer. Now we most certainly will. Going to cancel as soon as our money is refunded. Very disgusting

Khanyisa Nqweniso from Santam called me to do some updates on my policy. She was friendly and professional from the time I answered the call. She assisted me with the updates and assisted with adding an additional vehicle. Not only did she assist me with this, she was also able to get me a discount which has saved me on my premium.
I called Santam and spoke to a gentleman called Thomas Heydenrych who assisted me with a quote previously and needless to say, he was exceptional in his service. He is the biggest reason I called them again and Santam is lucky to have him part of the team. I am proud to say I have joined the Santam family.
