I usually give One Plan pet insurance a good review, but not today. I've been through almost 5 different employees to try and help me, it took weeks of them not understanding my claim, not willing to make the refund then having different/inconsistent excuses everytime. After I got to someone that could help me, the financial team isn't reachable for the past 3+weeks now, they owe me more than half of my refund and it's taking weeks, for no reason, just that the financial team hasn't come back with proof of payment. My claim started mid September and I'm still busy with them in November.
I always get swift and friendly service on their WhatsApp link. It is truely convenient and pleasant
They have kind, effective and fast online service with great assistants
The service is very poor, tech guys failed to fit a unit in our vehicle 5times. We are struggling to get units removed from vehicles we are selling. Would never recommend Nelspruit Cartrack to anyone. Worst service
They don't have a system to track packages in the warehouse, you can wait up to an hour for them to locate your package. Someone should look into this business
I've been offered next day delivery when I was at checkout on the app, I took it for R35 ekstra because it was the gift for my mother the day before her birthday. Her birthday has passed and I still don't have my item. The app only gives a message saying there's a delay in my order, but no option to get a refund for the service they couldn't deliver after advertising it.
I've ordered on Takealot multiple times where I had to return the product. I've ordered spatulas with the description saying it's normal size (32cm) when I opened the box it was only 27cm and very small, only suitable for kids
I've received an email stating that my order is finished/delivered, but I don't have it and I don't even have a missed call from them or anything. I'm still trying to call them to find out, but I get no answer.
I'm receiving messages from them about the same thing over and over, this past few minutes I've received around 10 spam messages from them
I chatted with them on WhatsApp about an outstanding payment, and withing a few minutes I got a link and my payment was finalised, with friendly and swift service💯
