Standard bank locked my digital profile and despite numerous attempts resolve the block on my digital profile. I’m told to go in branch. Which I cannot do as I am In hospital
I placed my order with Savannah mall dischem on the 31 of May. They have not attended to it till the 11 of June. They do not respond when I ask for a status update. They keep asking for my id no and full name as if all that info isn’t already in the chat. Then i ask they dispense more than one month supply because they cannot full the 1 month but they refuse giving excuses
I’m suddenly locked out of my desired club. I’ve been going to Virgin active Thornhill suddenly I go there and they tell me I can only use Polokwane town gym and to phone support and transfer myself I have to pay R60 for the transfer and they cannot do it at the branch for me. I called support three times and paid the R60 transfer fee but have still hot been transferred. I am severely frustrated and really disappointed by the service all round.
I booked and paid for a Contiki only for them to tell me two weeks later that. My booking cannot be confirmed and must change everything because its fully booked. This is ridiculous even with the refund its utterly ridiculous. How can you ask me to pay and then cannot confirm my booking.
I am loving the service so far it was easy set up. And a speedy delivery on all my cards. Though their bank charges are a bit high and I wish they had a student account that came with less fees. But the service works great and they are very professional on the phone.
Great service as always from ABSA. I haven't once has an issue on any of my accounts. Nor have I in the last 5+ years had any issues with any of their products. The mobile app is great. The internet banking interface is a bit dated but it works fine you can get all things you want done.
I log on to my internet banking on my laptop guess what? I can’t transact on my laptop. My mobile app is fine. Then I call and ask what is going on? At 2 o’ clock I talk to someone and they partially fix it. But now I can’t see my two other accounts. I phone again they can only move one account over so I can see it. They do it for the 1 account. But I’m still locked out on my laptop! It keeps wanting me to link a card when I’ve already linked a cards and had a working profile. Every time theres always something with this bank.
USELESS. UTTERLY USELESS. The staff are unhelpful can’t fix a damn thing. Made me order 3 screens that didn’t work. Nope never go there
I find that ordering online through istoresa is a painless. However here in Polokwane with the newly opened istore it is extremely difficult. The staff are rude and the store is closed during load shedding.
The item I ordered from faithful to nature was out of stock, so I wrote to the to them requesting a refund. That was in around the end of July. It’s now the end of August, and I still haven’t received my refund. I understand that people are working from home, however a month long wait time is a tad excessive. It’s also not just the wait time on the refund. I’ve written to them again and they're still dragging their feet about it.
