your consultants are very rude and unprofessional. I just spoke to Bongani at the retention and he refuses to cancel my contract. why is it such a hustle to cancel a contract? I'm fed up of MTN. DO NOT TAKE THE MTN CONTRACT
I've spent more than R100 airtime today, trying to get hold of the retention team with no luck.. been transferred to all the MTN departments, and the call dropped. this is not the level of service that I expected from you guys. I'm glad I'm canceling my contract and I don't need anything to do with you guys again
I received poor service from Webuycars Silverlakes. I went there on Friday to choose a car, submitted the necessary documents, and to my surprise, today the consultant is nowhere to be found. When I checked online, the car is now on auction. How is that even possible when I have already submitted all the necessary documents?
I am really sick and tired of Vodacom. Why is it that one must call 100 times for a contract to be canceled? It is that difficult to just cancel a simple contract.
My car was towed in February and remains unfixed to this day; I also don't understand why my insurance would send it to a summit knowing very well that they are inept. I am quite dissatisfied with them.
To whom it may concern at Surf 4 Life Due to the unavailability of Wi-Fi from your network for the past two days without much a detail reason, 12-13 Feb 2022. I am making a request that you extend my availability of Wi-Fi at my house for an extra two days in order to compensate for the days of no connectivity. Without hesitancy, I pay the full amount for 30 days of Wi-Fi coverage. Please do reimburse us with lost days from now onwards. As a consumer we do understand in the event of Load Shedding or the Works of Nature causing the connectivity to be down and out however, I cannot accept technical outages stemming from your side without compensation. i settled my vodacom account in 2017 to date the account is still showing on my ITC record and it shows that the account is in arrears. i called them last year on the 7th-may 2019 and they promised to update it. Today i called again spoke to Thandeka who then dropped my call and called again spoke to Refilwe who was so rude. i dont know what else i must do with regard to this account. I will never take anything with vodacom again. reference: NM015198-3
