I bought a VW 2021 TSI October last year Sales Person was Thabang Ramohlokoane whom i would say de*****ed me and hidden so much information from me as i received the car on that day he mentions that the car has no spare key from day 1 he promised to fix the issue to this day nothing has been done one Tyre was not road worthy to my surprise the car passed the road worthy, that was fixed after a month while waiting for the key i discovered the was involved in an accident and the front bumper was redone that also was not brought into my attention. i also made him aware of that one day i was checking water only to find out that the windscreen washer bottle when pouring water would come out even the pump is not working not making any sound this is a 2021 model i went for that because i was tired of old cars only to find out that a big Brand FORD will rob me daylight to this day i drive a car with no Spare key. they care about sales only
Very poor service i had my services suspended, after i tried so many times to pay the account the website was also poor that it shows R0.00 amount Due. Somehow I mananged to pay the account still services stayed suspended when i try to get to their whatsapp support every agent i was transferred to the closes the call before they even assist. Am still offline worst service ever with a poor whatsapp service.
Very bad service from Vosloorus Chris Hani crossing branch, manger and incompetent stuff I bought a bedroom suit 3piece but it was not complete when it was delivered, I was told the chair was broken and no one made an effort to call and advise me about it until I went personal. And the chest of drawers was also broken with all this purchase I made it cash. I demand my money back an they can collect that incomplete bedroom suit, the manger cant even take responsibility very poor for a leader Bradlows wouldn't recommend it to anyone
Crap service by MTN had a contract with them it was supposed to end on January and now it's towards the end of February and I received airtime for a contract that was supposed to be ended on January, I called in to query about the Airtime that I received and it is now am told that I was supposed to call to cancel that is their new rule of which no communication was sent to me about a new rule, called in 3 Times before the end of my contract no1 informed me about the rule. I do not have MTN on my budget anymore
