The rentals admin department has repeatedly sent me the incorrect rental amount to pay. As of recently they are now also not sending the utilities breakdown. I have addressed this with Waleed, Anthea and the Branch manager Glenda and my emails have gone unanswered. On the first occasion I paid the incorrect amount as per there email and was blasted by them for doing so. On the last occasion (this previous month, I received yet again an incorrect amount and I requested the correct amount via email. This was not sent. A week later I again requested the amount and I did not receive it, but received an sms and an email from their debit collectors as well as a final red notice from the accounts department with the amount that needed to be paid. I called them and complained about being sent to collections after I had repeatedly asked them for the invoice and was ignored. I then paid the invoice a week overdue, and the next day was sent an email from the collections department informing me that the rent was paid late and would be marked down as such.
I spoke with Keegan at the Technical help desk today. He was absolutely fantastic and helped me recover a website which had been hacked on behalf a client. He also gave me tips on how to have better security on wordpress installs that I am able to share with the client, which I will share with them.
The support team at Xneelo is the best in the world
Sent a whatsapp query and didnt recieve a reply. After sending a second message, I received a reply an hour after the message was sent. I had asked if they accepted images for flyers in CMYK and Jpeg format - to which the reply was "The cost for flyers is.... for single sided and .... for double sided. Question not answered correctly. I then asked them if they provided a digital proof for the images and was left waiting for an answer until today (1 month to the day). A few days later I started receiving sms marketing from them. I once again whatsapped them and asked why they were spamming with their advertising without my consent. I threatened to leave them a bad review on Hello Pieter if they did not remove my name from their marketing list. And here we are - name not removed - spam persists. Dont whatsapp them, they will not answer your questions correctly and they will use your number to spam you with their marketing.
I've been using xneelo since they were Hetzner for a reason :D Their service quality cannot be beaten. Fantastic Support team and excellent products
Seeff Claremont has found it acceptable to charge us the tenant lease cancellation fees for cancelling our lease half way through the period, because the Landlord is in breach. We were promised a garage on paper and 6 months in, nothing has been built. They say we breached the lease by cancelling as the document says "garage to be built" with no time period mentioned, when in fact it says "garage to be built soon" and verbally the time period of 6 weeks was given. We would never have rented this place if they had not mislead us about the garage as we definitely need one. A lot of our possessions have been sitting out in the rain since March 2022. Now we are forced to move, paying removal fees once again, as well as now added by Seeff, cancellation fees and adding to that an extra months rent if they do not find another tenant, even though we have given them more than 1 months notice. Their email footer says "Seeff has won the estate agent industry award for best customer experience. They must have awarded it to themselves.
After experiencing multiple terrible iterations at the BMW The Arch branch in Umhlanga, we took our 1 Series to The Garage. From the first call to 1 month after receiving our car back, the service was nothing but stellar. Thank you to Niemesh and his team, for putting in all the work and fixing problems caused by previous incompetent parties. And for checking in on us 30 days after returning the car. Please use this service, we had a fantastic experience, and we are so grateful for the excellent outcome!
Our Defy Tumble dryer stopped working and we called SOS Appliance Specialist in Springfield Durban. A technician was sent out to assess the problem. He told my husband that there was something wrong with the switch and it would cost about R100-ish to fix. He then took the tumble dryer away with him.

His office called me a few days later to say that the cost for the repair was going to come to about R1200. Call-out plus replacing the switch, plus bearings, plus paddle. I had been expecting to pay about R500 (call-out plus switch replacement), so I told them that I did not want all those other things replaced. They then told me that it was going to cost R900 for the call-out and to replace the switch.

We declined the job and paid for the callout fee. When we received our tumble dryer back, my husband went to inspect the switch, and noticed that it had been deliberately pried open and broken. He stuck it back together with glue, and the switch is working.

It looks like this company lied about the problem, deliberately damaged the switch, and then overcharged by an exorbitant amount to \FIX\" and replace parts that did not need fixing or replacing.
